CANDIDATE POLICIES
Induction Class - On the 5th of every month, we will be holding an induction class for every new batch of
students. In these induction sessions, we will be walking the students through the entire program and the
concepts that would be covered that month.
Classes - The class schedules would be delivered to the students’ email. The same schedule would be aligned
with the mentor’s convenience. In case there are delays of any kind, the same would be intimated to the
students accordingly. All the cancellation and class schedules would be sent by onboarding@[Link] For
all the project submissions and related events, the information would be coming from event@[Link]
Timings - The classes would be scheduled after 5 pm from Monday to Saturdays. For Sundays, the timings would
be anywhere between 10 AM to 8 PM.
Recorded Sessions - All the live classes and training sessions would be uploaded directly to the student’s LMS
portal within 24 hours.
Projects - The projects assigned in the period of Internship would be classified as Minor
and Major, each to be done within the required deadline.
Assignments - Assignments and Quizzes will be conducted on a bi-weekly basis and top performers will get to be
the project heads at the time of their Major Projects.
Certificates - If the student submits their projects before the deadline, the certificates
would be delivered within 2-3 weeks.
Batch Relocation - If a student wishes to relocate their batch, they need to drop a mail to
support@[Link]
Payments - If payments are done through UPI IDs [GPay, PhonePe, Scanner], the students would have to fill the
payment confirmation forms delivered to them by their respective executives.
Batch Relocation - If a student wishes to postpone their course for the next month in the middle of the program,
a processing fee of Rs. 1000 /- would be charged to make the changes accordingly.
