My firm's approach to the “Golden Gate Park Horseback Riding Center” project will be to design
an environmentally and contextually responsive facility that integrates the private equestrian
facilities with the public cafe, retail shop, and surrounding park. The design will prioritize
environmental sustainability along with the preservation of the historic “Golden Gate Park
Stables.”

E. Fee for Providing Services:


a. The total fee is 5% of the total project cost, including all phases, along with
reimbursable expenses to be submitted monthly by the architect. Additional fees
for services not provided in the scope of this proposal will be discussed and
agreed upon in advance
F. Proposed Project Delivery Method
a. We propose an integrated design delivery method where the contractor is hired
early to collaborate on design decisions. This will create a more complete and
integrated overall project and hopefully lead to better actualization of
sustainability, preservation, and budgetary goals.
