TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1) The amount mentioned above are indicative only and no way definitive and are respect to change as per Statutory authorities.
2) The Price, Terms, SBA & Availability are Subject to change without prior notice.
3) Floor Rise is applicable from the 5th floor onwards @ Rs. 20 per floor.
4) All East Facing Units will have a PLC of Rs. 100 added on the base cost.
5) All Corner Units will have a PLC of Rs. 100 added on the base cost.
6) 1 Year maintenance deposit will be Payable at the Time of Registration / Handing Over Which ever is earlier.
7) Corpus Fund Shall be Payable to the Association.
8) 0.1% of e stamping charges to be borne by purchaser for Agreement for sale.
9) Registration & Stamp duty at per actuals.
10) If Flat Cost is Rs 50 Lakh and Above, TDS Should be deducted as Per Income Tax Act.

12) All cheque/DD has to be made in favour of " SBR INFRA BUILDTECH " payable at bangalore.
