The mobile phone that you constantly hold has evolved from a mere
communication tool into a creative device that allows you to generate original
works of art for an entire range of purposes. These could be personal
photographs that can manipulate with myriad special effects, both visual as
well as sound and music.

PIXEL ART
 The term pixel art was created by Adele Goldberg ang Robert Fiegal of the xerox
Palo.
 It is a form of digital art that is created through raster graphics software where
images can be edited on the pixel level.

What is Mobile Phone Art?

Mobile phone art is a kind of art that is a digital art that makes use of the modern
technology. It can also be called a technology art because the traditional art use traditional
paint and brush to in order to draw and create any kinds of art.
Why Mobile Phone Art is a Technology based art form?

Creating Mobile Phone Art/ Computer Generate Art

1. Depending on the devices available to you, you may either:
 Capture an image using your cell phone camera
 Create an image from scratch using a drawing/ illustration program
on a computer, laptop, or table

2. Save your captured image or finished illustration in preparation for transforming

it into an example of cellular phone art or computer-generated art.

3. Using any of the applications installed in your available devices, experiment with
different effects and features to modify your saved image or illustration. You may try
some of the following effects, as well as others offered by the application (s) you are
using:

Digital Photography
What is Digital Photography?
Digital photography is a form of photography that uses cameras containing
arrays of electronic photo detectors to capture images focused by a lens, as opposed to an
exposure on photographic film. So digital photography is merely the digital process by
which an image is captured.
Digital photography is the process of using electronic and computing appliances to
capture, create, edit and share digital images/photographs. It encompasses several
different technologies to provide electronic or computer-based photography services.
It is mainly used as a means to create, publish or use digital photographs on
computers and/or the Internet.

Point and Shoot v s DSLR

A point and shoot type of digital camera automatically makes all the adjustments in
lighting focus zoom in and zoom out even removal of red eye for slight adjustments.
A second option is the digital single lens reflects DSLR camera.
This provides the film less and instant review pictures of point and shoot digital camera but
gives the photographer a more artistic freedom and control
Professional photographers remain loyal to the traditional single lens reflects
camera which still uses film. They believe that film photography has an authenticity and
genuineness to its images
