This is an elective programme in the course. It focuses on the aspect of knowledge
and application of the subject.

After completing this course, students should be able to:

9. Course Learning Outcomes:
Upon completion of the course, students are able to
1. Explain concept, theory and organization development model.
2. Analyze diagnosis theories towards organization, group and individual in
organization.
3. Propose change interventions to enhance organization effectiveness.
4. Evaluate changes made in organization.

Combination of teacher-centred and student-centred learning.
12. Synopsis:
This course aims to expose students on the importance of changes made to
enhance efficiency and effectiveness in an organisation. Understanding of
theories, concepts and change model is necessary to enable student to become
the agent of change who is capable to diagnose, plan and implement
interventions of change in any organisation. Apart from that, students need to
understand each change will have obstacles and barriers from the members of
the organisation. Therefore, this course exposes them to the techniques and
methods to overcome the obstacle of change. Students will also be taught how
to evaluate the changes made.

Anda dikehendaki menjawab soalan berikut di dalam tugasan anda.

b. Perincian diagnosis yang dilakukan.
c. Kaedah yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data.

PEMBENTANGAN KUMPULAN (10%)
Pelajar dikehendaki untuk menyediakan video pembentangan (bagi kelas online) panjang video
tidak melebihi dari 15 minit. Pelajar disarankan untuk meletakkan pautan (link) YOUTUBE di
Online Learning.
Manakala bagi kelas fizikal, tempoh pembentangan adalah 10 – 15 minit pembentang perlu
menyediakan bahan-bahan yang sesuai contohnya seperti slide power point, infografik atau
poster untuk tujuan pembentangan.
TUGASAN INDIVIDU (20%)Pelajar akan diberikan topik untuk menulis tugasan individu.
1. Pelajar dikehendaki menulis artikel yang berkaitan dengan tajuk yang diberikan (akan
ditentukan oleh pensyarah masing) mengikut senarai yang telah berikan.
2. Penulisan hendaklah mengandungi:
a) Pengenalan topik
b) Kepentingan dan kesan kepada sesebuah organisasi
c) Contoh organisasi yang telah melaksanakannya
3. Apa-apa isu yang berkaitan dengan topik
Panduan penulisan:
