Hydraulic fluid Maintenance as required


ISO VG 46 H-L or H-LP (DIN 51524). Manufacturer’scode, 5-litre cans: FM 8101521. - Cleaning the truck
For cold-room operation: FM 8101489 (25-litre cans). - Cleaning the battery and battery compartment
- Fuse check
Gearbox oil - Lubrication for greased models
SAE 80 W 90, API. GL5, MIL.L 21DSC. Manufacturer’s code, 5-litre cans: 8100560.
Inspection and maintenance every 1000 hours or one years
Multi-purpose grease - Cleaning cooling fins drive motor
Lithium-based grease, high-pressure with anti-wear additive: Standard DIN 51825 - KPF 2K - 30, - Checking the reducer fluid level
KPF 2K - 20, KPF 2N- 30. - Check the condition and fixing of wheels
Manufacturer’s code, cartridge: 7.337.475 140. - Check the steering motor brushes
- Checking gear steering motor pinion
Chain spray - Setting the gap electrohydraulic brake
Manufacturer’s code: 7326300602 - Checking for leaks in the assistance circuit
For cold-room operation: 7326300615 - Cleaning the electrical panel
- Verification of LAC and LES speed controls
- Checking and cleaning the fans
- Check the cable and connection fixings
7 SERVICES AFTER THE FIRST 50 SERVICE HOURS - Checking level of electrolyte and water supplement
- Checking the electrolyte specific gravity
- Checking the condition of battery cables, terminals and connector
- Check the adjustment of the rubber stoppers on the batteries with side outlet
8 DAILY CHECKS - Checking the fluid level stabiliser
- Check electric steering - Checking for leaks in the system stabiliser
- Check forward and reverse direction - Cleaning the stabiliser tank breather
- Check the fork lift/ lowering - Checking the fluid level main hydraulic circuit
- Check electromagnetic braking - Checking for leaks in the main hydraulic circuit
- Check the automatic braking with recovery - Cleaning the breather cap
- Check emergency stop button - Checking the pump motor (T24 only)
- Check truck operator presence switch - Checking the level of use of stop rings and pivot pins
- Check the horn - Checking the lock of axial nuts (chassis/track rods)
- Check guided stabilizers - Lubricating the articulations (greased option)

Inspection and maintenance every 2000 service hours or 2 years


- Changing the reduction gear oil
- Changing the circuit oil stabiliser
- Replacing the hydraulic oil main circuit

NOTE
In case of malfunctions and all truck servicing, always first disconnect the battery
plug.
Due to the danger of a short, never place tools on the battery.
