Plant vs Zombies

Mechanics
The player takes the role of a homeowner amid a zombie apocalypse. As a horde of
zombies approaches along several parallel lanes, the player must defend the home by putting
down plants, which fire projectiles at the zombies or otherwise detrimentally affect them. The
player collects a currency called sun to buy plants. The main goal in this game is to protect your
home from zombies that are trying to get through your backyard. To protect your home, users
must place different plants that can kill zombies. The difficulty of the game increases with each
level. The difficulty of each level is that zombies are more difficult to kill because they put
objects on themselves, and new zombies appear. To kill zombies, the user needs to collect suns
from the plants that produce them and buy plants on them that kill zombies in different ways.

Reasons why I love the game


Online gaming has emerged as a popular and successful source of entertainment and play for
people of all ages. It refers to the games that are played over some form of computer network,
typically the internet. Like in the game, I need to pick up suns in order to plant flowers or plants
to fight for my survival in the game. Just like photosynthesis, the sun's light is needed in order
for plants to grow because this is their food. Also, notice how there are some plants that are for
defense. This may indicate the protective cells of plants. It is one of the best inventions ever
made by human beings. It gives me the ability to think and strategize critically in the game. On
the other hand, It has been one of the most popular activities in entertainment for younger
people in the past years. Because of this, almost everybody is into it.

Advantage and Disadvantage of Experience Goods

Advantage
● The minigames in Plants vs Zombies 1 are more engaging and plenty to choose from.
● You can visit the Zen garden anytime you want.
● Twin Sunflowers are extremely useful at roof levels, just plant sunflowers first before
upgrading.
● Pool cleaners and Roof Cleaners are also a very good investment as they provide
money each level you don't have to use them but they will protect your lawn to avoid
sneaking zombies to enter your house.
● Seed Slot upgrade should be a priority to be able to strategize and add plants on your
defense.

Disadvantage
● The minigames in Plants vs Zombies 1 are too boring given the fact that if you finish all
the games then no succeeding games will follow.
● The player cannot collect coins if he/she leaves his/her Zen garden even though he/she
purchases stinky the snail. The snail slowly collects coins and barely moves fast.
● By upgrading the plants, the player must save many coins to be able to purchase and
gain benefits to it, at a higher price.
● The player cannot defend his/her house if a certain level (roof or pool) has without
proper lawn defense, he/she must purchase first lawn defenders (at a higher price) in
order to play the game efficiently.
● Seed slot upgrades are at a high cost, even the player needs to prioritize it he/she must
save many coins.
