RESTAURANT REVIEW
(NAME/LOCATION)

The name of this restaurant is Casa 1800, and it is located in Av. 15 de Septiembre 61, Suchitoto,
Cuscatlán, El Salvador.

(ATMOSPHERE)

It is a very attractive restaurant due to several factors, for example the weather is something important
in a tourist place, and this restaurant has a cool climate. Another important factor is the atmosphere of
the place, and this restaurant has a large and beautiful infrastructure.

It is a restaurant with beautiful views of Lake Suchitlan and the Chalatenango hills.

(THE MENU/DISHES)

The restaurant's menu has a lot of variety, as it contains dishes of many styles. It has a breakfast section
that also includes dinner, lunch, drinks, desserts, and a special section called Mixologia.

One of the breakfast dishes is the Suchitlan sandwich.

At lunchtime we can find different types of food, such as the Águila Gris pizza.

In the dessert section there is also quite a variety and we can find the brownies.

(THE INGREDIENTS/PRICES)

The prices of the dishes in the restaurant are fair, due to the quality with which the food is served, its
flavor and quantity.

A customer always wonders what he will eat and what his food is made of.

Below we present the prices of some dishes and what they carry.

Pizza Torogoz

Tomato slices, mozzarella cheese, alcapate and a touch of olive oil. This dish is priced at $7.50.

Beef steak

Grilled beef fillet, served with a portion of rice, vegetables, avocado, tortillas, house cheese and natural
soda. Sauces to choose from: mushrooms, tamarind, loroco chimichurri.

(THE SERVICE/THE WAITERS)

In customer service in a restaurant, you have to take into account the speed, friendliness and
suggestions of the waiter towards the customer.

As for the time, when a person arrives at the restaurant they have to wait a few minutes to be able to
take a table; then, to ask for the order, the waiter arrives a little late. And finally the food takes about 35
minutes to be served.

In the restaurant, the friendliness with which people are served is excellent, they always offer help, are
helpful and explain things generously.

(RECOMMENDATIONS)

The recommendations for the restaurant are:

Hygiene is very important for a restaurant. In this case, hygiene is acceptable, but cleanliness in the
bathrooms and on the patio could be further improved. Cleanliness has to be paramount to maintain a
good clientele.
