Biometric settings when user login for the first time in a system
When the user encounters Permission denied error follow the below procedures

Press WIN + R > Now type “inetcpl.cpl” and press Enter button.

1. Click on Security Tab:

2. Click on “Security – Trusted Sites – and click on Sites button.

Require server Verification (tick) to add the below listed websites.
Add all the below mentioned URLs in the Trusted Sites.

3. Click on “Custom Level” and Enable below 5 settings.

4. In Custom level for the Trusted sites, set the below 3 settings as Enabled.
Active X Controls and Plugins

5. Under Miscellaneous, Access data sources across domains, click on Enable option

6. Under Display Mixed content option, click on Enable option

7. Click on Privacy Tab - Turn on Pop Up Blocker (Untick)

SIGNATURE VIEWING PROCEDURE

To check Java version

1. Navigate to Control Panel – Top Right side corner – view by small icons
> Java (32-bit)

2. Click on Java -> View and ensure JRE 1.8.0_121 is installed.

3. Navigate to Security tab in the Java.

4. Click on ‘Edit Site List’ button and


Below mentioned URLs Add in Exception Site List.

Now Restart browser
