Allah, send peace and blessings upon our beloved Master
Muhammad ﷺ, his family and noble companions. Then recite
Ayat al-Kursi (three times).
Then say: There is no god but Allah, the Clement and the
Generous. Glory be to Allah, Lord of the seven heavens and Lord
of the great Throne (three times).
O Allah, You are the Forgiving and the Generous, and You love
forgiveness, so forgive me (three times).
O Allah, I ask You for forgiveness, well-being, and lasting good
health in this life and in the hereafter.
O Allah, make our ultimate end good in all matters, and save us
from the disgrace of this world and the punishment of the
hereafter.
Our Lord, grant us good in this world and good in the hereafter,
and protect us from the punishment of the Fire. And admit us to
Paradise with the righteous, O Almighty and all Forgiving.
O Allah, I ask You to accept from us our deeds in this blessed
month of prayer, fasting, standing in worship, and every good
deed. And I ask You to forgive our sins, multiply our good deeds,
make our share in it abundant, our efforts appreciated, and
make us among the successful ones who spent their time in it
with sincerity, between fasting and prayer, and prepared for
them the pleasure of calling upon You in the middle of the night
and at dawn.
Make us among those who fulfilled their obligations and
Sunnahs, worked hard during their time, and were purified from
the harms of fasting and its temptations, who were sincere in
secret and in public, and who repented to You with a sincere
repentance that will never be broken.
O Allah, you have in every night of this month those who are
freed from the Fire, so make us among those who are freed and
admit us to Paradise with the righteous. Make us among those
who return to You like them, the accepted ones who have
succeeded by the Prophet ﷺand his family, may Allah bless him
and grant him peace, and increase them in grace and honor with
Him.
O Allah, those who present themselves to You in this night are
seeking Your goodness, favor, and generosity, and hope for Your
generosity and honor. On this night, You bestow favors, gifts,
rewards, talents, and blessings upon those of Your servants
whom You will. You bestow them upon those whom You love
from Your creation and withhold them from those whom You
have not placed your concern upon.
O Allah, I ask you by your most beloved names and the noble of
prophet by you, to make me among those who have already
received your care and to give me the greatest share of your
servants and the most abundant portion of your creation, and to
divide among me in this night or thereafter, every good thing
that you divide, whether it be guidance with light, mercy spread
by you, sustenance that you extend, afflictions that you remove,
sins that you forgive, difficulties that you ease, trials that you
repel, calamities that you remove, health that you grant, or
enemies that you defeat. Protect me from all evil, make me one
of the freed ones, admit me into paradise with the righteous, and
make me one of those who return to You, the accepted winners
by the Prophet and his family, may Allah be pleased with them
and grant them honor.
Oh Allah, on this night, those in need come to You, seeking Your
grace and generosity. They hope for Your benevolence and
aspire to Your favor. On this night, You bestow blessings, gifts,
rewards, talents, and endowments upon whomever You will
among Your servants, and You reserve them for those You love
among Your creation. You also withhold and prohibit them from
those whom You have not yet cared for.
I ask you, O Allah, by the most beloved of names to you, and by
the honor of the prophets upon you, to make me one of those
whom you have taken care of before, and to make me among
those who are most abundant in your worship and most
generous in your creation, and to bestow upon me a portion and
gift, in every good that you distribute on this night or thereafter,
from the light that you guide with, or the mercy that you spread,
or the provision that you expand, or the harm that you avert, or
the sin that you forgive, or the difficulty that you remove, or the
affliction that you raise, or the recovery that you grant, or the
enemy that you repel. So, protect me from all evil, make me one
of the emancipated, admit me to paradise with the righteous,
and make me one of those who return to you as accepted
winners by the prophet and his family, may Allah exalt his
mention and increase his honor.
Oh Allah, guide me to the noblest of manners, grant me good
health, blessings, and abundance in provisions. Protect me from
impurities, association with others in worship, and conflict.
O Allah, you have breaths of kindness that when they blow upon
a heedless patient, you heal them. You have gentle breezes of
mercy that when they blow upon a captive of passion, you set
them free. You have concerns that when you notice a drowning
person in the sea of misguidance, you rescue them. You have
happinesses that when you take the hand of an unhappy person,
you make them happy. You have subtle acts of generosity that
when a difficult problem becomes unbearable, you relieve it. You
have glances of mercy that when you look at a heedless person
with them, you awaken them. So grant me, O Allah, from your
hidden kindness a breath that heals my heedlessness, and blow
into me from your faithful mercy a good breeze that frees me
from the chains of my desire.
Protect and watch over me with Your attentive eye, save me and
deliver me from the sea of misguidance with Your care. Grant me
mercy from You in this world and the Hereafter, replacing my
misery with happiness. Hear my supplication and hasten its
answer, fulfill my needs, heal me, and grant me from Your
generous and vast bestowal what will enable me to turn to You
sincerely and call upon You acceptably. Allow me to knock on
Your door for supplication, O Generous One, so that my heart
may be connected to what is with You and You may guide me to
Your purpose. You are the best desired and the most noble
object of worship.
This is my supplication and pleading for Your assistance. O Allah,
I take You as my refuge and shelter. I raise my needs, requests,
and complaints to You, express my distress to You, entrust my
affairs and conversations to You, and rely on You in all my
matters and conditions.
Oh Allah, indeed I and this night are but one your creations, so
do not afflict me in it or after it with evil or harm. Do not allow
me to commit disobedience or slip, nor let me remain guilty in it
of a sin. Do not afflict me in it except with what is best, and do
not make rebellion against Your prohibitions seem attractive to
me, nor lean towards disobedience, nor neglect Your obedience,
nor underestimate Your rights, nor doubt Your provision.
So I ask You, O Allah, for a glance from Your glances, and mercy
from Your mercies, and a gift from Your gentle gifts. Provide for
me from Your bounty, and protect me from the evil of Your
creation. Safeguard my adherence to the religion of Islam, and
look upon us with Your ever-vigilant eye. Grant us goodness in
this life and in the hereafter, and protect us from the punishment
of the Hellfire. (Thrice)
O Allah, I ask you for the best of what you know and seek refuge
in you from the evil of what you know, and I seek your
forgiveness for what you know. Indeed, you are the knower of
the unseen.
O Allah, I ask you for the good of what you know and what I do
not know. I seek your forgiveness for what I know and what I do
not know.
O Allah, knowledge is with you, and it is hidden from us. We do
not know what is best for us, and we have entrusted our affairs
to you. We have raised our needs to you, and we seek your help
for our wants and poverty. So guide us, O Allah, and grant us
stability and success in the things that are most beloved to you
and the most praised things by you. Indeed, you judge as you will
and do as You please, and you are over all things able. There is
no power or strength except in Allah, the Most High, the
Almighty.
May Allah exalt the mention of Prophet Muhammad, his family,
and his companions, and may there be peace and blessings upon
all the messengers. Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the worlds.
