IMPORTANT NOTES: 1) Annexure D provides the procedure using which the students will pay the fees in the SBI Collect portal.
2) 2023 Entry students are supposed to use the Payment Category of FEES FOR BTECH/BDES/DUAL
DEGREE (2023 ADMISSIONS) for cases of loan as well. The payment category of FEES FOR LOAN CASES
(Using offline challan) is for other than first-year students ONLY.
3) If the student does not pay his/her dues by 9th August 2023, then (a) Registration will be terminated,
(b) Name will be struck off the rolls, (c) Hostel will have to be vacated, and (d) All facilities will be
withdrawn.
4) The students would be able to pay the fees after they’ve received the Welcome kit as it’d contain the
Entry Number, they are required to fill in the SBI Collect Portal.

 Procedure for payment of fees using State Bank Collect for ANNEXURE D
BTECH/BDES/DUAL DEGREE (For 2023 ADMISSIONS)

Step-1. Go to SBI Collect portal via URL: https://www.onlinesbi.sbi/sbicollect/icollecthome.htm.

Step-2: Select Category: Educational Institutions
Step 3: Select: IITD REVENUE ACCOUNT FEE COLLECTION
Step 4: Payment Category: FEES FOR BTECH/BDES/DUAL DEGREE (2023 ADMISSIONS)
Step 5: Please fill in the required details and fee amount as per the fees circular.
Those candidates who wish to pay the fees through Bank Loan may generate offline challan as
follows:
Loan taken from SBI: At payment page >> Under Other Payment Modes>> Select: Branch option

Loan taken from other banks: At payment page >> Under Other Payment Modes >> Select:

*****Important Note:
1. Fees Payment through Bank Loan must be paid by generating an off-line challan through SBI Collect only, payment
made through any other mode will not be considered.
2. Please do not pay Hostel Mess Fees through IITD REVENUE ACCOUNT FEE COLLECTION.
PAYMENT DUE DATE & LATE FEE

1. Up to 30th July 2023: Use the below link (See Step 1) for payment of academic fees using State Bank Collect only
(without late fee) during this period.

2. From 31st July 2023 to 4th August 2023: The student can pay dues using State Bank Collect during this period
also, but he/she has to pay an additional late fee of Rs. 250/- which will have to be added manually in addition
to the fee.

3. From 5th August 2023 to 9th August 2023: The student can pay the dues using State Bank Collect in this period
also, but he/she has to pay an additional late fee of Rs. 500/- + Rs. 250/- which will have to be added manually
in addition to the fee.

4. If the student does not pay his/her dues by 9th August 2023, then (a) Registration will be terminated, (b) Name
will be struck off the rolls, (c) Hostel will have to be vacated, and (d) All facilities will be withdrawn. To renew
Registration, an additional charge of Rs. 1000/- (over and above the Tuition Fee + Rs. 250/- + Rs. 500/-) will
have to be paid. Please note that the above instructions will be followed without fail and necessary action
will be taken without any further notice.
