PROVISIONAL ADMISSION INTO POSTGRADUATE PROGRAMME: 2022/2023 ACADEMIC SESSION
I am pleased to inform you that you have been offered Provisional Admission into Al-
Hikmah University, Ilorin to pursue a Postgraduate programme as follows:
Faculty: Education
Programmes: M.Ed. Guidance and Counselling
Duration: 18 Calendar Months (Minimum) or 24 Calendar Months (Maximum)

In addition, you are required to note the following:


The tuition fee is One Hundred And Fifty Thousand Naira Only [₦150,000] per session, which can be paid once, or in two
(2) installments of 60% and 40% respectively;
first installment fees are to be paid on or before the close of registration;
the tuition fee payment receipt should be submitted to the Bursary Department and a copy of the receipt submitted to the
Postgraduate School;
register for the prescribed courses within the period of registration;
undergo medical examination at the University Health Services Centre within the period for registration and submit the
report to the Postgraduate School.

Please also note the following:

Each student is expected to download and complete an Annual Progress Report Form at the beginning of every academic
session;
payment of tuition fee and other charges is to be made at the beginning of each academic session; and
Candidates are expected to register at their respective Departments, Faculties and the Postgraduate School within the
period prescribed for the registration.

Please note that the University does not allow the running of another Postgraduate
Programme at the same time with the one this university has offered you and that this
admission is subject to verification of your original credentials during registration exercise
at the Postgraduate School.
