TOUR ITINERARY:
DAYS ACTIVITIES NIGHT HALT
Day KATHMANDU ARRIVAL- Arrival at Kathmandu Airport. Welcome by our Kathmandu
01 office representative, transfer to the Hotel. Further program briefing in Hotel
the evening. Overnight at Hotel.
Day VISIT PASHUPATINATH TEMPLE & PREPARATION- In the morning, Kathmandu
02 visit Pashupatinath Temple & Budhanilakantha (Sleeping Vishnu). Hotel
Afternoon final preparation for the Yatra. Overnight at Hotel.
Day KATHMANDU TO SYABRUBESI (2250M/142KM/06-07 HRS) – Early Syabrubesi
03 morning after having breakfast at Hotel drive to Syabrubesi which is Guest House
nearest town from China/Tibet Border. We will have lunch on the way.
Overnight at Guest House.
Day SYABRUBESI TO KYIRUNG/2900M/38KM- After the breakfast at Kyirong
04 Hotel drive to RasuwaGadi (Nepal-China border) about 45 minute. Hotel
Complete the immigration formalities and check into the China/Tibet.
On arrival at Chinese side, welcome by our representative and drive to
Kyirong for about an hour. Overnight at Hotel.
Day KYIRONG TO SAGA (4500M/185KM) - After the breakfast drive to Saga
05 Saga about 05 hrs drive. Saga is situated bank of the holy river Hotel
BHRMAPUTRA. Overnight at Hotel.
Day SAGA-MANSAROVAR/4560M/530 KM/07 HRS– After having Mansarovar
06 breakfast drive to Chui Gomba/Mansarovar. Packed lunch will serve on Guest House
the way. When we reach Mansarovar Check point, we will change our
bus and start the Mansarovar Parikrama. Overnight at Guest House.
Day MANSAROVAR–DARCHEN/4620M/40KM– In the morning take a holy Darchen
07 bath & perform Puja/Hawan. After the lunch drive to Darchen about 01- Hotel
hour. Darchen is the Base camp of Mount Kailash. Overnight at Hotel.
 Day DARCHEN TO DIRAPHUK/4860M– After the breakfast with light Diraphuk
08 packed lunch, drive to Yamadwar about 08 km and start the trek to Guest House
Diraphuk (05-06 hrs.). This is the first day of Kailash Parikrama (Kora).
Yaks will carry all of our kitchen goods and equipments. You can have
close view of Kailash North face from Diraphuk. Overnight at Guest
House.
Day DIRAPHUK–ZUTHULPHUK/4790M/22KM/09-10 HRS.- Early morning Zuthuphuk
09 we will have light food at the guest house and with packed lunch we Guest House
start our trek towards the Dolma-la Pass(5630m). Due to unpredictable
weather, it is important to start as early as possible. We can see
Gaurikund Lake while crossing the Dolma-La Pass. Night stay in
Zuthulphuk.
Day ZUTHULPHUK–MANSAROVAR–SAGA/8KM TREK/520KM DRIVE- Saga
10 Wake up early in the morning and trek down to Darchen and start our Hotel
way back to Kathmandu following the same route. Night stay in Saga.
Day SAGA- KYIRONG/185KM - Drive back to Kyirong about 05 hours. This Kyirong
11 is the last night staying in Tibet. Overnight at Hotel. Hotel
Day KYIRUNG–KATHMANDU/180KM – Early morning, after having Kathmandu
12 breakfast drive to RasuwaGadi. Complete the immigration formalities Hotel
and continue drive to Kathmandu. Overnight at Hotel.
Day Last day of the tour, transfer to the Airport to connect to your flight for Departure
13 onward Journey.

INDIAN NATIONALS: INR 184999 PER PERSON + GST 5% EXTRA
NRI & OTHER NATIONALS: USD 2550 PER PERSON + GST 5% EXTRA
NOTE:
Please note that the package cost for Kailash Mansarovar Yatra-2023 is worked out on the basis of
exchange rate of Indian rupee against US Dollar (1 USD=80 INR). Hereafter, if Indian rupee collapses
against US Dollar, the difference in Package cost will have to be paid by Yatri accordingly.

COST EXCLUDES:
 Any flight charges, Personal Travel insurance, Rescue & emergency cost.
 In case of NRI/foreigner multiple Nepal entry visa fee.
 Horse and helper facilities if needed during Parikrama (approx. 3400 Yuan for 3 days).
 Hotel, Food & transport in case of any delay due to weather or unforeseen reason.
 Any extra cost incurred if the Yatri separates himself/herself from the group for any
unforeseen reason from the point of separation from the group.
 Any unexpected expenses incurred due to natural disasters/bad weather/political
reason (Hotel, food, flight, transport etc.).
 Extra accommodation cost in Nepal side (apart from mentioned night) if earlier return
from Tibet (any causes).
 Visa Split cost, transportation & Hotel charge those who return earlier from Tibet by any
causes.

FITNESS:
Since Kailash Manasarovar situated at very high altitude place, those who are willing to travel
Kailash Mansarovar, they should be plan properly and consult their family physician and get
the following tests done. E.C.G., Blood Pressure, Hemoglobin, Blood Sugar etc. Apart from
all these tests, the pilgrims are advised to start morning and evening walk, jogging, stretching,
meditation and regular exercise in order to be in physically fit condition.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS:

BOOKING & PAYMENT PROCEDURE:
INR 25000/USD 500 should be paid at the time of booking. The rest of the amount should be
paid at least 50 days before of tour start dates.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:
 Scanned copies of passport with 6 months’ validity from the date of entry to Tibet and 2
copies of PP size photos.
 Personal health checkup should be done with your family doctor considering the
journey to above 5,000 meter and certificate should be available with you if you are
above 60 years of age.
 Original Passport should be received by our office at least 15 days prior to scheduled
departure for visa application.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Groups or Yatri may cancel their travel arrangements at any time. Written cancellation
notification through an e-mail must be received by the concerned company. The applicable
cancellation charges will be as follows:

CANCELLATION CHARGES PER PERSON:

o Cancellation before 60 days: INR 25000/-
o Cancellation before 45 days: 40 percent of tour cost.
o Cancellation before 15 days: 60 percent of tour cost.
o Cancellation less than 07 days: 100 percent of tour cost.
NOTE: cancellation amount will be refund only after received the amount from Chinese
counterpart.

NEW REGULATIONS FOR PILGRIMS OVER 70 YEARS OLD:

THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS SHOULD BE SUBMITTED:
1) Health examination report from approved Indian public hospital should be submitted
with Content of the report including doctor’s judgment and suggestion about the
pilgrim’s physical condition to travel to Mount Kailash region- plateau areas (5000
meters or 16500 feet above sea level)
2) Application by the pilgrim to express the intention for pilgrimage in T.A.R.; the
application should be signed and fingerprinted by the pilgrim and must accompany two
family members with him/her to the Yatra. FEC will judge whether to allow the pilgrim
entry T.A.R. according to these documents. Pilgrims suffering from high blood pressure,
heart disease, asthma and other serious diseases which are not suitable for entering
plateau areas cannot apply the permit.
3) USD 1000 should be deposited with Nepal Company which will be refunded once
completion of the Yatra. In case of any incident/death happen, this amount will be
forfeited as a liquidated damage.
4) As per the FEC rules, if anyone willing to return without valid reason of sickness or
serious family problem, he/she have to pay USD 100 per day as a liquidated damage to
FEC.
