Good Morning Ladies and Gentlemen.

Welcome to the 4th Quarter of School Monitoring Evaluation and Adjustment


(SMEA). It’s an honour to be a moderator for this event.
To formally start the program, everyone is requested to please rise for our National Anthem to be presented by via
multimedia presentation.
Please remain standing. As we offer our Almighty God a prayer of praise.
Now, we will having our _____________ Hymn to be presented by via multimedia presentation.
To kick-off this program we will have our physical fitness program and it is also be presented by via multimedia
presentation.

As the Coordinator of this event, SMEA stands for SCHOOL MONITORING EVALUATION AND ADJUSTMENT!
A warm welcome to each and every one of you. To our hard working school head, respected stake holders, brgy.
Officials, GPTA officers and teachers once again good afternoon.
Today is the fourth quarter of SMEA, it’s defines shared governance as the management model in the delivery of
quality basic education. It specifies the functional areas to be share by the various level of management as well as their
differentiated roles. The evolving roles of the schools are consistent with the national educational policies, plans and
standards.
Our objectives is to provide immediate feedback on the efficacy and weaknesses of program implementation (e.g.
Egra, CRLA, NUMERACY TEST, SPG and Phil-iri). Respond to technical and training needs of teachers and identify
enhancement to education policies and guidelines.
After all “Patience and perseverance” are the couple secrets of success!
Now, to fully start the program on behalf of our School head Sir Leo M. Amit we’re the one who will discuss the
following report parts in SMEA. For the ______________ we __________________-.

shared today.

At this moment ladies and gentlemen, we are pleased to have with us our very own GPTA President Mrs. Sherly

Well that’s all about everything ladies and gentlemen. We have finally come to the end of our program. It has been a
great day and a wonderful morning with all of you.
