 मिहत्वपन्यूणर्क अनगुदरेश IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS

1. This e-Admit card is issued to you for appearing in the Written Examination solely based on the information
furnished by you in your online application submitted against the above referred advertisement, for the
aforesaid post. If at any stage of the recruitment process including after recruitment or joining, it is revealed that
the information provided by you is incorrect/incomplete or is not in conformity with the eligibility criteria, or if it
is found that you have concealed/ distorted any material information, your candidature/appointment will be
cancelled without assigning any reason thereof. Candidates must carefully read the instructions of this e-Admit
Card and shall keep a copy for reference.
2. Please bring this e-Admit Card (received through email or downloaded copy from the website) and one valid
original photo ID proof such as PAN Card, Driving License, Voter ID Card, Passport, Aadhar Card or any other
valid Govt. ID proof.
3. The candidate should report at the examination center at the REPORTING TIME mentioned in cover page of the
admit card. The entrance gate of the center will be closed at the start of the examination and no candidate will
be allowed to enter inside the examination hall once the gate is closed.
4. At the entrance of the examination center, candidate’s e-admit card & original photo ID proof (PAN
Card/Driving License/Voter ID/Passport/Aadhar Card/any other valid Govt. ID proof) shall be checked. The
candidate then shall be directed to registration desk and room number will be allotted to him/her for the
written examination.
5. The examination is of 2 hrs duration and will have 120 nos. of questions. 03 (three) marks to be awarded for each
correct answer and 01 (one) mark to be deducted for each incorrect answer.
6. The examination will be OMR based; use blue or black ball-point pen for darkening the circle. The syllabus of the
examination & selection procedure will be as per detailed Advertisement No. KAKRAPAR GUJARAT
SITE/HRM/01/2022 available at NPCIL Website (www.npcilcareers.co.in).
7. The question paper will be in Gujarati, Hindi and English languages.
8. The e-Admit card and question paper are to be surrendered to the invigilator after the completion of written
examination. Also the plain paper provided by the invigilator for rough work shall be surrendered to the
invigilator after the completion of written examination.
9. Candidates are not allowed to leave the examination hall till the end of the exam session.
10. Electronic gadgets such as mobile phones, electronic wrist watches, wrist watch phones, multimedia watches,
papers, calculator, pen scanners or any other such electronic devices are strictly prohibited inside the premises of
Examination Hall. Any infringement of these instructions shall entail cancellation of candidature.
11. To and fro Railway fare of Second class or ordinary Bus fare (Travelling Allowance) by the shortest route restricted
to correspondence address in the application form as per rules will be payable to the SC/ST candidates who are
not employed in Central / State Govt. / Public Sector Organization / Corporation / Local Govt. / Panchayats for
attending the written test.
12. The blank form of Travelling Allowance is available under “Download Forms” at www.npcilcareers.co.in and
eligible SC/ST candidates are requested to submit the duly filled form along with journey tickets, a copy of caste
certificate with signature and roll number, and a copy of cancelled cheque/first page of bank passbook for
reimbursement through online.
13. In case you do not fulfill the eligibility criteria or do not produce required documents like caste certificate, journey
tickets etc., travelling expenditure shall not be reimbursed for attending the written examination.
14. The list of shortlisted candidates will be published on www.npcilcareers.co.in and will be intimated through e-
Mail/ SMS for appearing for the personal interview as per the schedule published on the website. However, the
marks of the candidate will be published subsequently.
15. The list of empanelled candidates will be declared through NPCIL website www.npcilcareers.co.in.
16. SC/ST/OBC(Non Creamy Layer) and EWS candidates shortlisted for personal interview shall be required to
produce the valid certificate in appropriate format as available on NPCIL website www.npcilcareers.co.in.

 17. Please note that no request of change in the date of exam or venue will be entertained on any account.
18. You may please note that this e-Admit Card does not constitute an offer of employment in NPCIL/Kakrapar
Gujarat Site.
19. Any canvassing by or on behalf of the candidates or to bring political or other outside influence with regard to
their selection/recruitment shall be considered as DISQUALIFICATION.
20. NPCIL/Kakrapar Gujarat Site reserves the right to cancel/postpone/re-conduct or alter the date/time/venue of the
Written Examination, if need so arises.
21. If candidates found committing malpractices, action will be taken against such candidates as per rules.
22. Corrigendum, Addendum, Notification or any further announcement, if any, shall be published only on the
website of NPCIL. Therefore, candidates are advised to visit www.npcilcareers.co.in for further
instructions/updates.
23. Any doubt/query pertaining to the Question papers are to be submitted by the candidate to the invigilator
during the examination.
