NARRATIVE REPORT

On the first day of our school, Ma'am Annalyn Loren introduced herself and did a training so that we
could be oriented for her agendas and roles where she has things she doesn't want and wants so that we can be
aware and be a disciplined person for the lower years to emulate. On the second day of school, we practiced
battalion formation for the entire platoon. We had to enhance each activity and show snappiness for the beauty
of our formation because it is not appropriate to move every movement at the same time. command of the
battalion commander and not repeated to please the eyes of the viewer, the third day is for the PFT (Physical
Fitness Test) to test our ability and see if we really deserve the agency we want to enter, we also need a village
activity to strengthen our body and maintain our stamina to be prepared, and now we will have difficulty finding
things to do.

This day we formed for Pasa Masid together and did drills together with a whole battalion, led by the
battalion commander, Mr. Ckyzer Condez. We just memorized it over and over again until we got it right
without making a mess.

Last day, while we were in formation, two officers of the Bimp visited us to gather information that they
were indeed needed by the Ojt students who were introduced to them by our Ojt Coordinator, Mrs. Annalyn
Loren, and he raised his hand to find out who wanted to Ojt in the agency, but no one raised his hand, so Ma'am
thought to choose all the agencies.

January 16, 2023 we did an inspection while we were in battalion formation, ma’am and the Martials
who were going to inspect us were in front of us, and we were inspected one by one, we looked at the things we
were carrying and what we were wearing. GOA, after the battalion we did formation and did attendances and
went home January 19, 2023 we went to St. Martin to do urinalysis medical and all the tests were fine.

NARRATIVE REPORT:

On February 1, 2023, the first day of our OJT at SPPF or Bucor, we did formation and were oriented on
the rules and limitations of what we would do because the jobs of employees at Bucor and the Central Office are
confidential. After that, we were dispatched to different offices of the employees in the reformation. I was
assigned to arrange the papers when the stacking was messed up so that the employees who would receive them
would be organized and not confused. The second day, my work was to receive the papers and get the important
documents signed by the Bucor officials, but sometimes it takes a long time before we can get them signed by
the officer because they usually walk a lot and attend seminars, so while we wait, we go around the area near
our office. To see what work has been assigned to our colleague by another employee. On the third day, because
there were no papers yet, I was instructed to use a computer to encode files that employees work on a daily
basis.

The first week of January 9, 2023, of our OJT at the school, we did formation and orientation for our
new teacher instructor, Ms.Analyn Loren, who introduced herself and told us what she didn't want and what she
wanted so we could know what to do and make everything clear. We also practiced observation under the
leadership of our platoon commander, Mr. Ckyzer Condes, so that the first week of January of our OJT at the
school, we did formation and orientation for our new teacher instructor, Ms.Analyn Loren, who introduced

also practiced observation under the leadership of our platoon commander, Mr. Ckyzer Condes, so that we could
mass enhance what we would do because we rarely do such activities and so that we knew what our correct
number was. We also tested our ability and strength through the PFT, or physical fitness test. Because I am also
one of the strong ones, I passed the village test.In the second week of January, we practiced Pasamasid again.
Because in the first week we were still changing a bit, but now it's quite ok because our platoon leader is also
good because even though my buddies were a bit passive, he was not affected. Ma'am announced that she would
take care of our medical for our dispatch, and we were selected. Each agency we want to enter for our OJT so
that Ma'am knows who is with each agency that we want and so that our names can be fixed on the list of not
getting into trouble because Ma'am will also have a hard time eventually.   On the third week of the OJT that we
have submitted my medicals, there are some who failed because they had complications with their health, that's
why we had a talk with them ma'am and it was agreed that if they can't pass the exam, they won't be dispatched
outside the school or Campus I was late because I didn't fall and my health was still good. The next day ma'am
Loren finalized which Agency we would go to. We did general cleaning first and the next day we went to each
agency we chose to inform each official of the agency that we are ready.

NARRATIVE REPORT:

On the second day of the month of March of our Ojt, buddy bulda and I were assigned to find the names
of the prisoners whose list of activities they attended was missing, so all the attendance in our office was taken
one by one to find if where. They are listed and where they attended because the supervisor office needs to
complete the entire attendance for the year 2020 – 2022.

On the third day of the month of March, I wrote in the incoming logbook the activities to be received by
each office and when I finished writing, I asked Ms. dela cruz if I could go with mr. de dios is in the cashier's
office assigned by ojt.

The only thing I can say about the agency I work for is that I am proud of it because I became a disciplined
person and learned how to get along well with my classmates or anyone I meet.

My own opinion I can say about the people I meet, whether teachers or students at the Agency/school, is that
they are very friendly and I have learned many lessons and new ideas.

The only thing I can say about the process of the Agency or the office of the school campus is that they are very
responsive when it comes to my questions if I have a concern. That's why I am always updated if there is any
information sent down from the head of each department.

The thing that I know as a student about my experiences is that I am happy and I did not expect to be able to do
it. I will be able to do the things that I thought about if I had a hard time, such as disciplining myself so that I
can better follow the tasks and rules.

The only thing I learned as a student about the task this month of my OJT was to learn if this portfolio made
activity examples., now my intern student is different than when I was in my lower year because the tasks are
heavier now than before but I was able to handle it because I know how to obey and listen to my teachers.

The first day of my duty, I arranged the files because the measurements were different. so I will separate each
activity differently so that those who check the files will not be confused, so that it will not be difficult to find
the name of the inmate listed in the files because that is the list where you can read how many days and what
activity it is they will attend because your attendance is one.On the second day, I scanned the papers to be sent
to the officers because my office needs another copy so that it can be left at the office. After I finished signing, I
went to the superintendent's office to sign papers that I scanned.On the third day, because my colleagues at the
office were busy, I said goodbye to Mrs. CTO1 Cathryn Regalado who helped in the other office and allowed
me so I immediately went to my buddy who arranged the papers to be signed in different offices.

On february 22, 2023 I helped the trainee who is my buddy in the office to put sticky notes on every page that
the officer has to sign. This is a method so that the officer can sign quickly so that the officer won't have to
search, and it won't be difficult to open the pages.On the 23rd, I wrote in the logbook that will be recieved in
different offices, which are also different files, that's why my hand is a bit stretched because there are a lot of
things I wrote, but it's ok because I have a lot of work, that's also the I'm learning a lot

On February 1, 2023, the first day of our OJT at the SPPF or at Bucor, we did formation and were oriented on
the rules and limitations of what we would do because the jobs of employees at Bucor of the Central Office are
confidential. After that, we were dispatched to different offices of the employees in the reformation. I was
assigned to arrange the papers when the stacking was messed up so that the employees who would receive them
would be organized and not confused. The second day, my work was to receive the papers and get the important
documents signed by the Bucor officials, but sometimes it takes a long time before we can get them signed by
the officers because they usually walk a lot and attend seminars, so while we wait, we go around the area near
our office. To see what work has been assigned to our colleague by another employee on the third day, because
there were no papers yet, I was instructed to use a computer to encode files that employees work on a daily
basis. On the first day of our Ojt, February 9, 2023, in the morning, I went to the other office to get the
liquidation papers to be received and signed in the logbook where the name of the paper I was holding was
written and so that the receipt was proper. The second day, I took Ms. Dela Cruz to another office to file
important documents with Bucor officials. While he was inside the office, I was watching outside. It's the third
day of returned styros that were used in the general surprise drug test for SPPF employees. The first day of my

I think what I learned was how to actually encode the correct information into the computer. Today I learned
how to organize and seal important and non-important office papers. This is the day I increased my knowledge
of how to wait and know the receiving important papers.

What I learned as an OJT student is how to discipline ourselves and respect every person we meet on a daily
basis. Whether or not the person I met had a role or not, I learned to get along with each of them and do my
assigned work with initiative and order in every time slot allotted for our OJT.

I learned something new as an OJT: not only should I focus on schoolwork, but I should also learn about the
work inside the office where I am assigned. I learned how to make the correct attendance arrangements and
perform other important roles under my jurisdiction.

This is new knowledge for me on how to do the right thing and organize important documents. It should be
arranged correctly in order to be easily found when needed. As an OJT, I am taught by the officers in the office
where I am assigned to use my additional knowledge and properly organize what I will do. It's a pleasure if I
properly follow what I'm being taught because that will help me when the time comes, so I'm grateful to those I
meet for my new knowledge and experience.

On March 8, I was instructed to double-check each attendance sheet where it had the names of each inmate
attending the events happening inside the prison. Therefore, with this method, we will immediately know who is
not attending these important events that are being held. March 9: This is the day I was ordered to take care of
the letters that need to be scanned and arranged in order to make it easier to find them if they are needed. On
March 10, the encoding of new events and activities that will be done in the next few days or months for the
entertainment of the inmates inside the prison began, so I was the one who was ordered to do it and I have more
knowledge on how such events are conducted.

On March 15, 2023, while I was not doing anything in the office, I was sweeping the floor of our office. When I
was done, I returned the broom to the other office, and unexpectedly, de Dios was looking for someone to join
him to help him lift things up. box of bond paper for their office so before I accompanied him, I said goodbye to
maam dela cruz to know where I was going.on March 16, 2023 when I was done with other tasks, I helped
maam dela cruz in encoding the names in the attendance to reduce her tasks and I could help her because she
was alone in the office that day and she and may be tired especially if he has an injury to his shoulder. On
March 17, because they had an activity to be held, we were requested by the officers to help arrange the venues,
so we brought tables and benches so they could fit properly.

On March 22, 2023, we cleaned the stock room where the important documents were kept. We separated the
ones that were still in order so that the other documents that were still in order would not be affected. We also
helped in finding the files that they needed after I wiped the floor of each closet where they were kept of files
and stacked them so that they all fit together and don't make a mess. The next day I checked the attendance for
the year 2023 to include those who attended each activity of PDLs from different parts of the colony. The next
day, Maam Dela Cruz assigned me to write in the receive logbook the subject of the papers that I would receive
because they needed to be signed by the officer and approved by the main office.

On March 30, 2023, Maam dela Cruz made me write in the logbook that the subject of the papers that I will
write after I write will be submitted immediately to the superintendent's office so that it can be signed and
received. On March 31, 2023, I cut ID pictures for PDL seniors. I need to finish it as soon as possible so that
their pension can be processed and they can receive extra income. They can use the picture for their
identification, proving that they are indeed senior citizens already after I cut the pictures, I said goodbye to
maam dela cruz that I went to the other office to help my buddies and meet others other tasks in another office

This day, March 2, is the day where we searched for the names of each inmate who attended each activity that
was assigned to them. Because the attendance was chaotic, my classmate and I took it one by one to see
everyone's name and what activity they participated in so that the order of full attendance in each activity can be
adjusted in the year 2022. On this day, March 3, I was ordered by CT01 Regalado to write in the logbook the
subject of the papers that I will receive at the superintendent' office. On March 8, I was instructed to double-
check each attendance sheet where it had the names of each inmate attending the events happening inside the
prison. Therefore, with this method, we will immediately know who is not attending these important events that
are being held. March 9: This is the day I was ordered to take care of the letters that need to be scanned and
arranged in order to make it easier to find them if they are needed. On March 10, the encoding of new events
and activities that will be done in the next few days or months for the entertainment of the inmates inside the
prison began, so I was the one who was ordered to do it and I have more knowledge on how such events are
conducted.On March 15, 2023, while I was not doing anything in the office, I was sweeping the floor of our
office. When I was done, I returned the broom to the other office, and unexpectedly, de Dios was looking for
someone to join him to help him lift things up. box of bond paper for their office so before I accompanied him, I
said goodbye to maam dela cruz to know where I was going.on March 16, 2023 when I was done with other
tasks, I helped maam dela cruz in encoding the names in the attendance to reduce her tasks and I could help her
because she was alone in the office that day and she and may be tired especially if he has an injury to his
shoulder. On March 17, because they had an activity to be held, we were requested by the officers to help
arrange the venues, so we brought tables and benches so they could fit properly.On March 22, 2023, we cleaned
the stock room where the important documents were kept. We separated the ones that were still in order so that
the other documents that were still in order would not be affected. We also helped in finding the files that they
needed after I wiped the floor of each closet where they were kept of files and stacked them so that they all fit
together and don't make a mess. The next day I checked the attendance for the year 2023 to include those who
attended each activity of PDLs from different parts of the colony. The next day, Maam Dela Cruz assigned me
to write in the receive logbook the subject of the papers that I would receive because they needed to be signed
by the officer and approved by the main office.On March 30, 2023, Maam dela Cruz made me write in the
logbook that the subject of the papers that I will write after I write will be submitted immediately to the
superintendent's office so that it can be signed and received. On March 31, 2023, I cut ID pictures for PDL
seniors. I need to finish it as soon as possible so that their pension can be processed and they can receive extra
income. They can use the picture for their identification, proving that they are indeed senior citizens already
after I cut the pictures, I said goodbye to maam dela cruz that I went to the other office to help my buddies and
meet others other tasks in another office

Narrative Report:

On April 12, 2023, this morning, ma'am CO1, Jessa Dela Cruz asked me to scan important documents
for the PLDs. I went to the other offices because we don't have a printer that can scan, especially our printer that
only fits short bond paper. The next day, April 13, 2023, there will be a meeting at the conference office, which
is why we were asked to move the flags, so we disassembled each flag base and pulled the flag sticks first
before pulling the base. Last day On April 14, 2023, Buddy Bulda and I cut pictures that will be used by PDLs
in their pension at Senior Citizen because the other PDLs do not have ID yet, and the others are just wagons at
Senior Citizen.
