Defrost some of the frozen ingredients
Provide new and clean towels
Check for alcoholic beverage stock
Restock on ice and alcohol bottles on freezers and refrigerators
Confirm bar inventory from closing shift and restocking as needed

All tables and chairs set in proper place
Refill bar caddies with straws, napkins, beer openers, and toothpicks
