Pursuant to DepEd Order No. 35, s. 2016- The Learning Action Cell (SLAC) as K to 12
Basic Education School-Based Continuing Professional Development Strategy for the
Improvement of Teaching and Learning,
Tubod Elementary School will conduct School Learning Action Cell in light to the
approved L & D Plan for sy 2022-2023.

Instructional design goes far beyond the mere production of a lesson plan or its
accompanying teaching aids. Instructional design includes the goals for student learning
and the methodology for achieving such goals, all while keeping in mind how individuals
best engage in their learning journey.
