CEFR LEVEL
Tech Access use the CEFR level (Common European Framework Of Reference For Languages)
for evaluation and assessment. CEFRL, is a guideline used to describe achievements of learners
of foreign languages across Europe and in other countries.

There are six levels: A1,A2,A3,B1,B2,B3
