organization that wants to develop must integrate with the world, promote trade relations
with countries in the region and the world. gender. International trade involves all aspects
from the supply chain of raw materials, learning and applying modern science and
technology to production, expanding sales markets to attracting talents from all over the
world. In the world, integration has created a diverse cultural environment in
organizations.
In operation since 2018 to create a Vietnamese car brand, comparable to the
world's leading names, Vinfast has purchased German car manufacturing technology,
exclusive Italian design and recruited hundreds of talents in all related fields from around
the world to successfully carry out its mission. Therefore, after only half a year of
establishment, Vinfast has become a multicultural company, from countries, ethnicities,
languages, religions, ages... Recognizing the issue of multicultural management is
extremely necessary and urgent. The company's leaders soon built a training program
"Multi-Cultural Management". This is an annual training program provided to all
management levels of Vinfast. This program is also part of the project to develop the
management team, who row the Vinfast boat to 5 continents and 4 seas, bringing the
Vinfast car brand to the world.
As part of the management team development project, this is an ideal annual
training program, reaching 5-star standards in the training ladder system of Vinfast
Training Center and gaining attention. greatness of the corporation.
This annual training program will help Vinfast managers to integrate deeper and
faster, taking advantage of cultural diversity to create a unified and strong team.

TRAINING PROGRAM INFORMATION
1. What is An Ideal Five Star Annual Training Program?
Annual training program definition: is the training program is held every year. The
joiners of annual training course have to satisfy the training requirements.
Ideal definition: “Satisfying one’s conception of what is perfect; most suitable”
(Definition from Oxford languages)
Five-star: “(especially of a hotel or restaurant) given five stars in a grading system,
typically one in which this denotes the highest class or quality” (Definition from Oxford
languages)
So, what is “An Ideal five-star annual training program”: This is an annual
training program by the Company. A program is invested in both content and form. A
class program with engaging content, excellent logistics, and diverse innovative training
methods. A program that will make everyone want to participate. This is a training
program within the core management staff development project of Vinfast.
2. Why need to have “multicultural management” training program?
- Base on the globalization effects on the global economy, the multinational
company is setup more and more. So, each company is an intercultural
organization with a lot of benefits and challenges. Vinfast is a typical multicultural
organization, where there is diversity in terms of age, nationality, region, language.
- Because culture management plays a very important role in an organization.
- Due to the need for Vinfast to expand foreign trade to other countries, and expand
sales market in Australia, Europe, Americas.
