How to enter the Dealer Mode(GEN 5.0 WIDE)
_Volume on the left and tune knob on the right.
1. Press SETUP button. → Touch General. 5. Adjust to volume 3 and press the right TUNE
button.

2. System info → Touch Version info/Update. 6. Adjust to volume 1 and press the right TUNE
button.

3. Adjust the volume in Version info/Update screen. 7. Enter '2400' in the Password screen.

4. Adjust to volume 7 and press the right TUNE


button. 8. Enter the Dealer Mode.

How to enter the Dealer Mode(GEN 5.0 WIDE)
_Volume knob on the center
1. Press SETUP button → Touch General. 5. Touch the lower right area after adjusting with
volume 3.

2. System info → Touch Version info/Update.


6. Touch the lower right area after adjusting with
volume 1.

3. Version info/Update screen.

7. Enter '2400' in the Password screen.

4. Touch the lower right area after adjusting with


volume 7.
8. Enter the Dealer Mode.

(1) Save Gen 5.0 WIDE log and capture screen to USB. (Log is not always stored type)
* Only dealers and mechanics should log capture if there is a separate request for further review.
(Reason: When the log is captured and copied to USB, the LOG saved in the H/U is deleted.)

- Insert USB before entering Dealer Mode.


- In case of defect reproduction, proceed with screen capture of dealer mode check screen (Capture screen i
s stored in AVN internal memory).
* See [(2) Screen Capture] under Screen capture method.
- Press "Copy image to USB" button on dealer mode main screen after defect reproduction.
* 8 hours of log stored in H/U based on vehicle running time.
Therefore, if the vehicle running time is less than 8 hours after a problem occurs, it is possible to acquire
a defect log when capturing the log.
- Log and capture files stored in AVN internal memory are saved as USB.
- When log and capture image files are saved to USB normally, "image/log files are stored in connected
USB memory." pop-up screen will be displayed.
* If you press the "Copy image to USB" button when USB is not inserted, "Try again after connecting USB
memory" pop-up will occur.
- The mechanic can request a detailed review by delivering stored log and capture images to the service.
* After acquiring defect log, mechanic needs to share defect date and approximate time information and
fill out RO details.

(2) Screen Capture


- There is a "Capture" button at the top right of every menu.
- In case of defect reproduction, when the "Capture" button is pressed, the current screen is saved as an im-
age file in the AVN internal memory.
- When normal storage is completed in internal memory, the phrase "screen capture is completed" is
displayed on the AVN screen.
