FOR REGISTRATION OF CRIMINAL CASE AGAINST
THE ACCUSED PERSONS/RESPONDENTS NO.2 & 3.
Respectfully Sheweth: -
1. That the brief facts giving rise to the institution of
this petition are that petitioner through his son
namely Muneeb moved an application to the
respondent No.2 for registration of criminal case

against respondents No.2 & 3 therein the
respondent No.2 for the last few days telephonically
threatening the petitioner for murder, kidnap and to
snatch the possession of the petitioner from his
house through proclaimed offenders and also
threatened for dire consequences. Today on
12.07.2020 on Saturday at 10:00 pm respondent
No.2 on his Vehicle No.AEA225 alongwith 7/8
Vehicles and 20/25 unknown accused persons
armed with deadly weapon attack upon the house of
the petitioner and also made Arial firing and also
rang the door bell of the petitioner’s house and the
petitioner made a call to Bahria Security Control
Room but the Security Officials reached at the place
of occurrence after a delay but at that time the
accused persons were fled away by giving severe
threats to the petitioner and his family members.
The respondent No.1 instead of registering the
criminal case against the accused persons refused

to record the statement of the petitioner and to
proceed in accordance with law. Copy of Application
alongwith receipt is attached herewith for kind
perusal of this Hon’ble Court
2. That from the bare perusal of the complaint
cognizable offences are made out against the
accused person, but the respondent No.1 is not
registering or initiating the criminal proceedings
against accused person under the relevant
provisions of law.
3. That according to the contents of the above said
application cognizable offences are made out and
the respondent No.1 is duty bound to register the
criminal case against the accused under section
154 Cr.P.C. as per application of the petitioner and
thus the respondent failed to discharge his lawful
duty to register a criminal case against the accused
person i.e. respondents No.2 & 3.

4. That the public functionaries are duty bound to
perform their duties as per requirements of law, but
the respondent failed to redress the grievance of the
petitioner, hence this petition.
PRAYER:-
In view of above submissions, it is therefore,
most respectfully prayed that the instant petition may
kindly be accepted and the respondent No.1 may very
kindly be directed to register a criminal case against the
accused persons/respondents No.2 & 3 as mentioned in
the attached application in the interest of justice, equity
and fair play.
