FRAMED STRUCTURE:
✓ Column pit of size 4’x4’ with depth of 5’ from ground level
✓ Column mat of size 3’6”x3’6” with using of 10mm on both ways with
spacing of 6” c/c
✓ Column size and reinforcement details are same as in plan
✓ Provide 15” depth flat footing with concrete ratio of 1:1.5:3
BASEMENT:
