PROCEDURE • Do not use this campaign claim to submit nor-
mal warranty allowance requests.
Inspect for the new pressure valve assembly. See
“INSPECTION” on page 1. BRP will not accept other labor or parts on the war-
ranty allowance request for this campaign.
Refer to the COOLING SYSTEM section of the ap-
propriate service manual for pressure relief valve BRP will credit dealers for repairs performed up to

DEALER RESPONSIBILITY
Contact all of your customers who have pur-
chased or operate an affected outboard and
schedule service appointments to inspect for
required repair.
Affected outboards in stock should be inspected
for repair before delivering to customers.
ONLY authorized servicing dealers may perform
warranty repairs.
Remove any new/unused original pressure relief
valve assembly, P/N 5007970 from inventory.

Submit an online Parts & Accessories claim. A


credit memo will be issued to include the cost of
the part plus standard shipping and handling when
the part is received by BRP.

Follow the online instructions for return of any orig-


inal pressure relief valve assembly to BRP. Deal-
ers outside of North America contact your regional
office.
