Water Jump in pool, you are at home

The number one advantage of this concept is that of ownership. It gives you the
freedom to choose your opening days and times and to play music more or less
loudly. It also offers the possibility to organise events.

Our ponds are designed with the strictest respect for the environment. We are
concerned about the world we will leave to our children. Our pools consume little
water. Our discharges are dechlorinated so as not to pollute the water table.

The disadvantage of creaang a WaterJump in a pond is the incompressible

administraave delays. You will have to be paaent with the various procedures
(building permit, water law file, impact study, etc.).

In winter, everything has been thought of so that you don't need to go to the site.
Once the park is closed, it will only take a few hours to winterize the structure. It
will only take a few days to put it back into service before the season.

The Floating Water Jump is easy to implement

This model of park is enarely dismountable. This means that it can be installed on
any type of water: lake, beach, pond, etc. All you have to do is obtain an agreement
in principle from the municipality to operate it.

No work on the shoreline. The park fits perfectly into its environment. Out of
season it will be possible to dismantle it, or simply to move it to free up the visual
space and allow other activities (fishing, canoeing...).

The structure is considered as a boat. This drastically simplifies the time and
administrative constraints (no building permit, no water law file, etc.).

gonflables et flottantes de type parcours sur l’eau. Les affouillements nécessaires ne seront pas supérieurs à 2
mètres dans le respect du PLU, le bassin sera au plus profond à – 1.80 m.
En ce qui concerne les hauteurs, le PLU prévoit la possibilité de dépasser la hauteur maximale pour les structures
démontables liées aux activités de loisir comme pour la grande roue de la fête foraine et la tour du parc
d’accrobranches voisins. Pour respecter les attentes des usagers habitués aux parcs de glisse et attirer cette
clientèle exigeante, le parc prévoit un départ des rampes de body-board à 10 mètres tandis que les rampes de la
grande dune conserveront leur hauteur d’origine. Les départs des toboggans plus classiques seront également à
une hauteur élevée (+20.00 m par rapport au terrain naturel au maximum) permettant l’installation de différents
types de descente pour le bonheur de tous.
Le parc conservera son accès principal visiteur au Sud qui servira également d’accès à la voie engin pour les
pompiers. L’accès à l’infirmerie au Sud est également conservé. Enfin à l'est depuis la route des Rôtes un accès
réservé au personnel et aux véhicules PMR sera aménagé et permettra de desservir deux places de stationnement
adaptées.
L’implantation et l’orientation des différentes structures suivent une logique d’exposition au soleil pour que la
plage et les bassins profitent d’un bon ensoleillement jusqu’en fin de journée. De plus, l’extension du parc à cet
endroit permet une belle visibilité du site depuis la route Départementale 81, redore l’image de la zone et renforce
l’image touristique de cette entrée de ville.
