METHOD OF MEASUREMENT

5.15 Rain Gauge

Unit

The units of measurement for rain gauge shall be in Number (nr).

Measurement

The measurement for payment shall be the number of rain gauge installed at
site and as approved by the S.O ang made as follow :-

i) 80% on complete installation to the satisfaction of the S.O


ii) 20% on maintenance ;

Item Coverage

The item for rain gauge shall be in accordance with the Preambles to the Bill
of Quantities General Directions and shall includs :-

a) supply and installation of rain gauge at location as direct by S.O


including all other necessary equipment and fasilities ;

b) maintenance of rain gauge system and associated equipment.
