Why would I do this?
Access Baker Hughes Learning content and features from a mobile device.

What do I need to know?


How to download the SumTotal Mobile app from your device platform’s app store. The
language the app uses is based on the language/locale settings on your mobile device.

Note: Login to the Baker Hughes virtual private network (VPN) before proceeding.

First-Time Access from a Mobile Device


1. Download the SumTotal Mobile application from your device’s app store (Google Play
for Android devices or App Store for iPhone).
2. Find the SumTotal Mobile icon ( ) on your device. Tap the icon to open the app.
3. Connect SumTotal Mobile app to Baker Hughes Learning via the following URL (type in
Enter your mobile site URL field): https://bakerhugheslearning.sumtotal.host/core.
4. Select the Network Login option when prompted.
5. The MyID login screen appears. Enter your Baker Hughes username and password.
o Tip: Select Remember me to save login information (non-shared devices only)
o Provide the phone number associated with your device, if prompted to do so.
6. A security code will be sent to your device via text message. Enter the security code at
the prompt. Click Send Code if you have not received a text message with the code (or
need to have it resent to you).
7. Set up a four-character personal identification number (PIN) to enable offline access to
offline access-enabled Baker Hughes Learning content.
