MOVEMENT
All praise be to Allah, peace and blessings be upon
the Prophet ‫ﷺ‬‎ ‎and his companions.‎

Allah (ta’ala) has brought Islam to the hands of

mankind as a means of success in this world and
the ‎hereafter and made gaining contentment as their
own responsibility. Whoever desires the success of
‎both worlds and the contentment of Allah (ta’ala),
cannot achieve it any other way except for Islam.
‎The truth and the essence of Islam is, sincerity and
the complete submission to Allah (ta’ala). ‎Who-
ever accepts Islam, it means that he submits to Al-
lah (ta’ala) and obeys his religion in every ‎aspect
of life. Allah (ta’ala) does not like and despises
those who use religion for their worldly ‎purposes.
They desire the world through religion and Allah
(ta’ala) considers such a group who tries to ‎achieve

worldly goals through religion as harmful and the

worst of creation. In the Holy Qur’an Allah ‎‎(ta’ala)
condemn the scholars of Jews and reveals the ugli-
ness of this act for using religion as a means ‎of
achieving the world. They hid the verses of Allah
for the sake of the world and mixed truth with ‎false-
hood and clothed them in order to achieve their
false destiny. Yet they did not fear Allah (ta’ala)
‎with regards to the hereafter and the reckoning of
that day. Allah (ta’ala) in Surah Al Baqarah says:
‎‎“And do not exchange my signs for a small price,
and fear only me”‎

The verse emphasizes, not to hide the verses and

laws of the religion of Allah for the benefit of the
‎world, and not to misuse the religion for the sake
of gaining the world, but to take the religion as the
‎way for success in the world and hereafter. Some-
times in the Islamic world, biased and atheistic

p‎ eople use the name of religion in order to achieve

their worldly goal while they do not believe in the
‎religion. Sometimes it’s factions and groups that
commit such crimes in the name of religion. They
use ‎it to fulfill worldly purposes, to gain power and
status. In fact, these group lacks a strong connec-
tion to ‎the principles of the religion which is befit-
ting to the group of believers. Furthermore, these
groups a‎ re more dangerous to Islam than others
are; in truth, they use the name of Islam to further
their ‎movement, which is to destroy Islam. They
use the religion of Allah for worldly good, not as a
means of b‎ eing a servant of Allah and gaining his
pleasure. While they only practice religion in a way
that fulfills ‎their goals, the religious methods of
these groups are not clear to the public masses they
are unaware ‎of on how to deal with them. The main
target of such groups is to confuse people by mix-
ing Islam and d‎ isbelief while committing acts of

Kufr and Shirk in the name of Islam. As the schol-

ars of Jews in the ‎time of the messenger of Allah ‫ﷺ‬ ‎ ‎
committed these crimes. Allah (ta’ala) rebuked and
forbade them c‎ommitting these crimes. Allah
(ta’ala) in Surah Al Baqarah says: “And do not mix
the truth with f‎ alsehood and do not conceal the truth
while you know”‎

As you know, this is indeed a grave sin in the sight

of Allah. This deadly disease exists in many people
‎throughout the world from the beginning of time
until today, and in particular, the evil scholars of
‎falsehood have contracted this disease throughout
time. Religion has been made a mean to gain ‎posi-
tion and power in the world.

At present, this is the most dangerous and prob-
lematic movement against Muslims. They have
caught t‎ he Islamic world in their trap of decep-
tion, using the name of Islam to achieve their
personal goals and t‎ hose of its brothers while it
seeks to suppress the Muslims and serve global
colonizers. This m‎ ovement is like the Arab Baath
party nationalist movement and the other Is-
lamist parties created by t‎ he disbelievers. Like-
wise, this movement was created by disbeliev-
ers and offered to the uninformed M ‎ uslims of
Afghanistan. The Taliban movement was estab-
lished in Pakistan by their intelligence s‎ ervice
ISI, and the CIA of America. In Afghanistan af-
ter the claimed victory by the Taliban, and the
‎disarmament of the country, the movement was

spearheaded by the enemies of Islam with evil

‎intentions. The Americans once again occupied
it and the war continued in the country until the
‎world’s imperialist power reached its ultimate
goal, but a number of pure Muslims, unknow-
ingly ‎believing in this work, saw the appearance
behind the scenes and took part in this move-
ment. After o‎ usting this movement from politi-
cal power, and when the Islamic movements all
around the world ‎revived the Islamic Caliphate,
a number of Mujahidheen, believing in this
movement united with the M ‎ ujahidheen of Iraq
and Sham. Declaring their support to the Islam-
ic State. But when the Kufr i‎ ntelligence of Pak-
istan and USA became aware of this movement,
like Shaykh Usama bin Laden (may A ‎ llah have
mercy on him), they martyred the sincere Muja-
hidheen from within the movement and t‎ook
control of it.‎

After a decade of war in Afghanistan, with the rise

of the truthful Mujahidheen, the world of kufr saw
‎the need for handing over governance to this group,
with their cooperation to prevent the emergence o‎ f
the Mujahidheen of the Islamic State. Hence, with
years of negotiation with this group in Doha, t‎hey
promised to handover the government to this group
with the most important condition of it ‎stated by the
United States as them preventing and acting urgent-
ly to prevent the infiltration of the ‎Islamic State in
the country and thus the destruction of Islam. They
also served to cut off the ‎Mujahidheen of the coun-
try from the Mujahidheen of the Islamic world. This
ignorant group martyred ‎prominent members of the
Mujahidheen along with the scholars of truth and
the followers of the ‎Qur’an and Sunnah in large
numbers. The Taliban after seizing the power in the
country, carried out ‎implementing this plan by mar-
tyring a large number of scholars of truth.‎

THE OPPRESSION OF THIS GROUP

AGAINST THE PEOPLE AND THE PEOPLE
OF RELIGION!‎
The oppression and persecution by this group upon
the people of Afghanistan is more severe than ‎ever.
They have given up fighting the disbelievers once
gaining power. Their goal was to gain power at a‎ ny
cost and for this, they have martyred many Muslims
unjustly to achieve this. The Taliban have ‎open and
secret relations with the Pakistan, America and the
Disbelievers from the rest of the world. ‎In many cases,
the secret help of the United States and its allies to this
group has been exposed. The ‎United States continues
to wage war in Afghanistan and paves the way for its
survival in this country ‎by using this group. Finally,
after their goals were achieved, the country was mys-
teriously handed over ‎to this group. However, the
background on which the United States wished to re-
turn has already been ‎sought. Perhaps they would eas-

ily handover Afghanistan to the crusaders again. As in

the first case, ‎we have experienced and seen that the
crusaders entering the country with ease through the
help of ‎this group as they are a concealed executive of
Pakistan, while Pakistan remain a strong ally to the
‎United States and Britain. They are slaves to Pakistan
whom through the America suggest all their ‎work.
Through Pakistan, they seek to destroy the Muslims
of this country and prepare grounds for the ‎establish-
ment an entire atheistic

secular system in the country. In truth the hadith

the Prophet ‎‫ﷺ‬‎has mentioned regarding the kha-
warij fi ‎ ts entirely to this group.‎
‎“There will be a group of people who would re-
cite the Qur’an, but it would not exceed beyond
their t‎ hroats, they will kill the people of Islam and
leave the idolaters.” (Bukhari)‎
This means that for the outside appearance they would

recite Qur’an and claim to be of Islam but the ‎meaning

of their recital and faith are not present in their hearts.
For this reason, their enmity is ‎towards the believers
and while they kill the Muslims, they leave the idola-
ters and the atheists ‎untouched. The general descrip-
tion of the Khawarij is true on these people as their
enmity towards ‎believers are indeed true. In any part
of the country, whenever the true Mujahidheen emerge
and ‎start their work, they fight against them with the
help of the United States. During the war and to c‎ om-
ing to power, they have relentlessly tried to martyr the
Mujahidheen and the scholars of truth, ‎while testifying
to many promises. Yet the crimes they have committed
against the scholars of truth ‎are unparalleled in the pres-
ent world. In addition to this, the difficulty that the peo-
ple of the country ‎are facing today, especially econom-
ically ever since they have come to power does not
occur to them. ‎They do not seem to understand and
take responsibility for the situation of the people.‎

NULLIFIERS OF ISLAM COMMITTED BY

THE TALIBAN!‎
The Taliban, despite boasting about Islam and
claiming to be a claimant of the Islamic system,
has ‎committed crimes which nullifies ones Islam
and they have practically deviated far away from
the path o‎ f Islam.‎
‎1. The main foundation of every Prophets call to
religion is the matter of Tawhid, which without it
no ‎one’s Islam is valid. As Allah (ta›ala) mentions
in the holy Qur’an Surah Al Anbiya: “And we sent
not ‎before you any messenger except that we re-
vealed to him that, there is no deity except me, so
‎worship me”‎
In another verse in Surah Nahl Allah (ta›ala) men-
tions in the holy Qur’an: “And we certainly sent a
‎messenger to every nation (saying): worship Allah
alone and avoid the Taghut”‎

Despite the fact that the call for Islamic monotheism

and elimination of Shirk and superstitions been ‎one
of the most basic calls of the prophets upon the na-
tions, and likewise the instruction sent down ‎from the
heavenly book of Qur’an, the Taliban has no care
for the for the aspect of Islamic Aqidah, lessons on
‎Islamic monotheism, rejecting shirk and supersti-
tions. Rather, this group endorses acts of Shirk and
‎superstition and Muslims encouraged by this group
to commit these heinous acts are caught up in it.
‎It’s one of this groups main priority that it would
suppress and eradicate the scholars of truth and
‎whoever opposes Shirk and superstitions. After the
death of the Prophet ‫م‬‎‫صلــى اهلل عليــه وســل‬‎and the p‎ assing
away of the best of generations, the main objective
of the believers was to protect the beliefs ‎of Islam
and to fight against heresies and superstitions so
that Islam would be protected from the dirt ‎and evil
of Shirk. The believers have fought with their lives,

wealth and knowledge. And in this way ‎have au-

thored many books on the beliefs of Islam and
closed the ways leading to atheism and i‎rreligion
touching Muslims. Instead, they are hostile to the
dwellers of Tawhid and the followers of S
‎ unnah.‎

2‎ . The issue of disbelief in Taghut, which the main

basis of Islam which separates a believer from a
‎non-believer does not exist in the mandate of the
Taliban movement. In reality, in order to achieve
‎their goals, they constantly bow their heads down
to the Tawagheet. Sometimes in the skirt of the
‎United States, Pakistan and Qatar. And during oth-
er time in the skirt of China. They beg them for
‎power and seek dignity in them for them. In vari-
ous verses of the Qur’an, Allah (ta›ala) has men-
tioned ‎the disbelief in the Taghut is the foundation
of religion. Allah (ta’ala) says in Surah Al Baqarah:
“Those ‎who disbelieve in the Taghut and believes

in Allah, has grasped the most trustworthy handle”‎

If these people wish to be known to the world and
gain dignity through them, then their thought is u‎ n-
healthy and nonreligious. Allah (ta’ala) says in
Surah Al Fathir and Surah Al Munafiqun: ‎
‎“Whoever wishes honor, then to Allah belongs all
honor”‎
‎“And to Allah belongs honor, to his messenger and
to the believers, but the hypocrites do not know”‎
And if you are afraid that if you do not befriend the
disbelievers, then they would not recognize us and
‎help us, we will become poor and helpless, that we
would face economic issues, then reflect on these ‎vers-
es of Qur’an. Allah (ta’ala) says Surah Ah Tawbah:‎
‎“And if you fear privation, Allah will enrich you
from his bounty”‎
In the blindness of achieving their worldly goals
and objectives, they certainly do not care about the
‎important matter of Wala and Bara, and befriend

the most dangerous enemies of Islam. Their ‎rela-

tionship with China is above everyone else. While
China massacres the Muslim of Uyghur and does
‎not hold back from inflicting any kind of oppres-
sion upon them. Allah (ta›ala) will never allow b‎ e-
friending the enemies of Allah and his messenger
and leaving the companionship of the believers.
Especially when their ‎oppression upon Muslims is
obvious. Allah (ta’ala) says in the Qur’an Surah
Ah Nisa:‎
‎“O you who have believed! Do not take the disbe-
lievers as your allies instead of the believers. Do you
‎wish to give Allah against yourselves a clear case?”‎
Befriending disbelievers means that the man will pro-
vide a clear reason against himself on the day of ‎resur-
rection and would be subject to a painful torment from
his lord. In another verse in the Holy ‎Qur’an, Allah
(ta’ala) says that befriending disbelievers is a sign of
hypocrisy. Allah (ta’ala) says Surah A‎ h Nisa:‎

“‎ Give tidings for the hypocrites that for them is a

painful punishment. Those who take disbelievers
as ‎allies instead of the believers. Do they seek hon-
or through them? But indeed, honor belongs to Al-
lah ‎entirely.”‎

However, during day and night, the leaders of this

group seek nothing else but to befriend and seek
‎honor through the disbelievers and atheists. And
whosoever befriend the disbelievers and the ‎mush-
rikeen, Allah (ta’ala) says in Surah Al Maidah:‎
‎“And whoever is an ally to them among you, then
indeed he is one of them.”‎
Regardless of whatever intention he has, who-
ever befriends the people of disbelief and shirk
and ‎pleads them for recognition, then he is a dis-
believer.‎
In fairness, the rule of this group is more harmful
to the Muslimeen than the rule of secularists.‎

3‎ . The movement of Taliban, their call and way of

life is not in accordance to the Qur’an and Sun-
nah of t‎ he messenger of Allah, and they never say
that they rule by the Qur’an and Sunnah within
the society a‎ nd their actions are not based on the
method of the Prophet ‎‫صلــى اهلل عليــه وســلم‬‎, Qur’an and
the Sunnah. ‎But they say their laws are based on
the Hanafi jurisprudence, while nowhere in the
Qur’an Allah has ‎mentioned that one should fol-
low a specific school of jurisprudence. Instead,
Allah (ta’ala) says in S ‎ urah Ah Nisa:‎
‎“O you who have believed, obey Allah and obey
the Messenger, and those on authority among you”‎
What is meant from this verse with regards to obey-
ing those on authority among you is referred to the
‎Muslim ruler who rules according to the command
of Allah, and when done so, the obedience to this
‎command is obligatory subject to if the ruler is rul-
ing according to the religion of Islam and upholds

I‎ slam. In another place in the Qur’an Allah (ta’ala)

says in Surah Aal Imran:‎
‎“Say: “Obey Allah and the Messenger” but if they
turn away, then Allah do not like the disbelievers.”‎
The Qur’an is the salvation of this world and
the hereafter. And avoidance of disbelief and
polytheism ‎is in the obedience of Allah and his
messenger. It is not in adherence to a particular
jurisprudence as t‎hese ignorant people think.
Allah (ta’ala) says in Surah A’raf:‎
‎“Follow what has been revealed to you from your
lord, and do not follow other than him any allies.”‎
Islam commands the believers to adhere to the
Qur’an and Sunnah and to be obedient to Allah
and his m
‎ essenger. The truth is ones Islam is not
complete without adhering to these. Any group,
whose ‎foundation is not upon the Qur’an and
Sunnah, their claim of being Islam is meaning-
less. Therefore, an I‎ slamic society adhering to a

certain jurisprudence and takes the view point

of certain Imam only, then i‎ t cannot be fair and
is considered as ruling other than what Allah has
revealed.‎
Jurisprudence in religious terms has a compre-
hensive meaning that includes the whole of the
religion, ‎but in the terminology of the modern ju-
rists, opinions and views of many various Imams
such as Hanafi ‎and Shafi’i. Therefore, the views
and opinions of a particular jurist in not the whole
religion that forms t‎he foundation of an Islamic
system, and to rule according to the view of a cer-
tain specific Imam is ‎considered as ruling other
than what Allah has revealed. So, we are not
obliged to follow a certain ‎Imam or a jurist, in-
stead we are obliged to obey Allah and his mes-
senger. Shah WaliAllah (May Allah h‎ ave mercy
on him) has beautifully explained: “Know that
Allah has not burdened a man from his ‎slaves to

be a Hanafi, Shafi’i, or Hanbali, rather it is oblig-

atory upon then to believe in what our Prophet
‎Muhammad ‎‫ﷺ‬‎was sent down with. (Al insaaf –
ma’yaar al haqq)‎
So, the matter of the fact is, if an Islamic society
adopts a certain view and jurisprudence, then it
is a d‎ eviation from the religion of Allah towards
imperialism; During the seventeenth century
when the ‎disbelievers from all over the world
were colonizing the Islamic world, and faced re-
sistance from the ‎Muslims, for the sake of con-
tentment, and to be able to continue with their
activities. Some Muslim ‎tribes were offered to
build up their own Emirate and rule based upon a
specific jurisprudence. They ‎were also convinced
by the fact that the Shar’i emirate of Baluchistan,
the emirate of Bahawalpur ‎came in to existence.
Similarly, there were some other emirates in the
continent of Africa and for a ‎while, these people

were cut off from the rest of the Islamic world.

Eventually these weak emirates ‎joined democra-
cies, and instead of benefiting Islam, the damage
done was far more. The proposal to b‎ uild emirate
in Afghanistan based on jurisprudence of Hanafi
was a proposal of the colonizers in order ‎to pre-
vent the Muslims from being under an Islamic
Caliphate. Those who are at the head of this to
‎run these programs in the name of Mullah, and
Maulvi are not scholars. In fact, they are in this
for the b‎ usiness side of this trade for their world-
ly gain, and in the name of this religion, they
serve the ideas o‎ f the disbeliever.‎

4‎ . The movement of Taliban, far from the Qur’an

and Sunnah and they hold up the views of Dis-
belief. A
‎ lthough seemingly claiming to enforce
the Islamic Shariah, and pretend to hate democ-
racy, s‎ecularism, nationalism and every other

corrupt system of the world, due to their igno-

rance on the r‎ eligion of Islam, they are practi-
cally secular and democratic, and hence in their
daily lives, the traces of t‎hese corruption are
visibly evident. Allah (ta’ala) says in the Qur’an
Surah Al Hadid:‎
‎“We have already sent our messengers with clear
evidences, and sent down with them the scripture
and the balance that the people may maintain
‎
justice.”‎
And in another place in the Qur’an in Surah Al
Shura, Allah (ta’ala) orders the messenger of Allah
to ‎inform the people:‎
‎“I have been commanded to do justice among you”
‎
Now, the Taliban, with their ignorance on Islam,
cannot apply the Islamic law among people and
do ‎justice. Hence, they turn to the theories of
the west and the disbelievers. They said we

would build an i‎nclusive government. This is

the same trend of pluralism which is Kufr and
has nothing to do with I‎ slam. While this is a part
of the democratic system, Islam is a system of
justice, when applied, every s‎ingle problem
within this Islamic society is solved, not inclu-
siveness nor pluralism.‎
In an Islamic life, the outward actions are looked
upon and the fundamental creed is ignored.
Rather p‎ eople are opposed to the creed of the
Muwwahid. Anyone by appearance is to have a
long beard a‎ nd wears a turban is considered re-
ligious, even though he is a deviant. This is the
same thinking of the s‎ ecularist and world of dis-
belief; however, this is even worse. Due to this
misconception, the wicked p‎ eople in the ranks
of this group, uses their beards, Islamic clothing
to commit dangerous crimes of ‎theft and com-
mit murder. Seemingly religious secularists who

are unaware of the Islamic beliefs sees c‎ lothing

and appearance as their path to success. Both of
these groups are in a great misguidance. This
‎misguidance is apparent since man is not left
empty in two states. If he chose Islam, which is
the ‎Qur’an and the Sunnah of the messenger of
Allah. And if he goes away from this path then
it’s the ‎path of disbelief and atheists. Since this
group is far away from the Qur’an and the Sun-
nah, they are b‎ oth atheistic and irreligious.‎

The issue of extreme nationalism and tribalism,

which has nothing to do with the divine system
is ever p‎ resent within the group. People within
the group, regardless of which tribe they are
from, have f‎avoritism towards their own tribe
and hate each other because of this favoritism
they show towards ‎their own tribe. If any Mus-
lim in justness sees the people of this group, they
would see the ignorance ‎of the pre-Islamic era,
shirk, superstitions, tribalism, savagery and

bloodshed. They would see the ‎traces of igno-

rant nationalism and atheistic secularism from
them. These features are evident and t‎ heir igno-
rance is no different from the ignorance of the
past centuries.‎

My dear brothers, success in this world and the

hereafter is connected to the religion of Allah
(ta’ala). T
‎ he messenger of Allah ‎‫ﷺ‬‎the Sahabas
and Muslims of the past centuries, who were ex-
alted and the e‎ nemies of the religion was de-
feated at their hands because of their faith and
trust in the religion of A
‎ llah (ta’ala). Today ev-
ery difficulty we face is due to us being distant
from the Qur’an and the Sunnah ‎of the prophet
‎‫ﷺ‬‎If we don’t leave these groups of falsehood,
and do not clean our ranks from the l‎ikes of
these, and if we do not fight these groups of
falsehood, then this humiliation would be ours
‎forever, and we cannot live like a proud Mus-

lims. Allah (ta’ala) instructs the prophet in Surah

Al ‎Tahrim to fight every polytheist and hypo-
crite. This is a teaching to the ummah which
should not be f‎ orgotten and neglected.‎
‎“O Prophet, fight against the disbelievers and
the hypocrites and be harsh upon them, their
place is h‎ ellfire, and wretched is the destination.”‎
If we are to take these matters lightly and ignore
it, and do not fight the disbelievers, polytheists,
‎hypocrites and atheists and overthrow them, and
if we do not thwart their falsehood, sedition will
not ‎disappear from the world and the religion of
Islam would not prevail.‎

THE SAVED SECT!‎

Knowing the saved sect from the Qur’an and
Sunnah!‎
In the world, the divine law was based on the fact
that Allah sent his messengers to call the people to
‎Islam, so that human beings can base their lives
upon the divine guidance and achieve salvation in
this ‎world and the hereafter. The messengers of Al-
lah have fulfilled their duty on brining his religion
to the ‎people with its true foundation and complet-
ed the call of Islam on the earth. However, after the
departure of the messengers of Allah from the
‎
world, those that came after them, especially the
‎wicked scholars changed the method and call of
the messengers, and they bought superstitions and
‎baseless methods in the name of religion and di-
vine revelation and misled the masses. The biggest
‎damage was done to the issue of Tawhid, which the

greatest divine message. The issue of worshipping

‎and sanctifying the holy prophets, and religious
people to the extent of committing Shirk, and ‎su-
perstitions in the name of religion are among the
deviations of these transgressors. The holy Qur’an
‎mentions the crime of these deviant scholars a lot.
And it informs the humanity of their evil behavior
‎so that people do not follow these deviants in their
falsehood ignorantly. Humanity should not follow
‎these falsehood and innovations and the door to
these evil to human beings should be closed. Allah
‎‎(ta’ala) says in the Qur’an Surah Al Baqarah:‎
‎“Mankind was [of] one religion [before their devia-
tion]; then Allah sent the prophets as bringers of g‎ ood
tidings and warner’s and sent down with them the
Scripture in truth to judge between the p‎ eople con-
cerning that in which they differed. And none differed
over the Scripture except those who w ‎ ere given it - af-
ter the clear proofs came to them - out of jealous ani-

mosity among themselves. And A ‎ llah guided those

who believed to the truth concerning that over which
they had differed, by His ‎permission. And Allah guides
whom He wills to a straight path.”‎

It is clear from this verse and other verses that, in

the beginning, when Allah created human beings,
‎they were upon Islamic monotheism. And due to
falsehood in between the prophets (may peace be
‎upon them all) shirk was introduced. These differ-
ences in religion and deviation from the path of
truth ‎to the path of polytheism and superstitions
were created by vindictive scholars. For this rea-
son, the ‎holy books of the past and the holy Qur’an
fight against these evil scholars and those they use,
and ‎expose their false intentions and religious be-
trayals. The religion Allah (ta’ala) should not be
used ‎through these people and the believers should
be safe from the evil of these groups at all times.

‎ uslims should recognize this corrupt group by

their signs and prevent their deviations. Allah
(ta’ala) s‎ ays in the Qur’an Surah Ah Tawbah:‎
‎“O you who have believed, indeed many of the
scholars and the monks devour the wealth of peo-
ple ‎unjustly and avert [them] from the way of Al-
lah. And those who hoard gold and silver and spend
it not i‎n the way of Allah - give them tidings of a
painful punishment.”‎

Elsewhere in the Qur’an, Allah (ta’ala) condemns

the false scholars of Jews and Christians and ‎ex-
poses their false intentions so that the believers
from the Ummah of Muhammad ‫ﷺ‬ ‎ ‎do not fall in to
‎the trap of this false group and become aware of
their betrayals. Allah (ta’ala) says in Surah Ah
‎Tawbah:‎
‎“They have taken their scholars and monks as lords
besides Allah, and [also] the Messiah, the son of

‎ ary. And they were not commanded except to

worship one God; there is no deity except Him.
‎Exalted is He above whatever they associate with
Him. They want to extinguish the light of Allah
with ‎their mouths, but Allah refuses except to per-
fect His light, although the disbelievers dislike it.”
‎
The scholars of falsehood among the Jews and the
Christians, despite being aware of the divine ‎reli-
gion did not observe the religion of Allah (ta’ala) in
their lives. Moreover, they led the people ‎astray for
their worldly benefit and they made unlawful things
lawful that has no place in the book and ‎the religion
of Allah. The commoners took their word without
any research and accepted it as their r‎ eligion.‎
As narrated in the hadith of Adi bin Hathim, a fa-
mous Arab tribe who was a Christian before, after
‎converting to Islam asked the messenger‫ﷺ‬‎, O Mes-
senger of Allah, before being a Muslim I was an

I‎ saiah, but we did not take our scholars and elders

as a lord. We did not say they are our Lords. But
the ‎Qur’an reveals this to us that, they took their
scholars and elders as lords. The Messenger of Al-
lah ‎‫صلــى‏اهلل عليــه وســلم‬‎said, whatever they said was un-
lawful or lawful, you accepted their words. Adi said
yes, the ‎Messenger of Allah said, this is taking them
as lord. Because they say that whatever they are
say from ‎their whims and not from the book of Al-
lah (ta’ala). And when they believed their words
and took it a‎ s religion, then in reality they have
taken them as a lord.‎

These verses and the Hadiths states that in Islam,

which is the religion of all the prophets and revealed
‎by the lord of the worlds, there is no spiritualism in
it and no one has the right to speak about religion
‎without the command of Allah and his messenger.
And no scholar or sheikh whose words are not in

a‎ ccordance to the Qur’an and Sunnah is to be ac-

cepted. The Muslims should not name their ‎con-
gregation or system of governance other than to
what is prescribed to a Muslim community. We a‎ re
capable of building an Islamic community or na-
tion in accordance to the Qur’an, in accordance to
‎the Millah of Islam, Millah of Ibrahim, or build it
according to the Sunnah of the prophet ‫ﷺ‬ ‎ ‎, in ‎accor-
dance to the people of Hadith or people of the
Qur’an. Other personal divisions such as Alawis,
‎Ottomans groups of Hanafi or Shafi’i, Deobandi,
Bralevis, Tablighi’s, or some nationalist part or
group, c‎ reates nothing but divisions within Mus-
lims. This is not right! We can have our own system
and name ‎it the Islamic Caliphate or the Islamic
State. Naming the Islamic system, a Republic or a
constitutional M‎ onarchy or Federal is illogical.‎
Today, to have an Islamic emirate in one corner of
the world is not right, because it serves a colonial

a‎ spect and the world of Kufr wants to weaken the

Muslims through colonialism. In the not-so-dis-
tant ‎past, there were emirates in Asia and Africa,
according to one specific jurisprudence the law
dictated. L ‎ ikewise, the Shar’i emirate of Baluch-
istan during the time of British colonization and
the emirate of ‎Bahawalpur. However, these emir-
ates did not benefit Islam or helped Islam through-
out the world. ‎The truth is that it is all a sinister
plan of the west to create divisions among Mus-
lims and prevent the C ‎ aliphate from coming back.
Because the Ummah of Muslim according to the
hadith of the Prophet ‎‫ﷺ‬‎‎is that it is like one body
that cannot live without each other. In another Ha-
dith, the prophet ‎‫ﷺ‬‎‎described the unity and empa-
thy of Muslims as such.‎
‎“Narrated An-Nu`man bin Bashir: Allah’s Messen-
ger (‎‫صلــى اهلل عليــه وســلم‬‎) said, “You see the believers as
‎regards their being merciful among themselves and

showing love among themselves and being kind, r‎ e-

sembling one body, so that, if any part of the body is
not well then the whole body shares the ‎sleepless-
ness (insomnia) and fever with it.” (Agreed upon)‎

Therefore, the separation of Muslims in the form

of a separate emirate is nothing but a plot of the
‎enemies of Islam to disperse the Islamic Um-
mah and serve colonialism. These systems do
not have ‎any way to establish the religion of Al-
lah, in fact, the rule of the emirate is in the hands
of a Taghut, ‎they do not want any kind of con-
nection with Islam, and to even fight them is a
necessity. Therefore, t‎he only way to establish
the Islamic system on the face of the earth is by
the removal of these T ‎ aghuts and atheistic deri-
vations. Especially from the lands of Muslims
and the rest of the world by ‎establishing an in-
dependent Islamic State upon Qur’an and Sun-

nah. The Mujahidheen must do the r‎ight thing

by teaching and educating the Muslims to revive
the Islamic Caliphate.‎

As mentioned before, those who have harmed

the body of Islam in the history of the world did
so by d‎ istorting the religion of Allah, which be-
came a great obstacle to the uprising of Islam.
They mixed ‎divine monotheism with polythe-
ism and superstitions through the scholars of
falsehood who are ‎exposed in the Qur’an for
their malice and the Muslims are warned not to
follow their falsehood. ‎Thus, the Qur’an praises
and describes the scholars of truth who protects
the religion of Allah from s‎ uperstitions and dis-
tortions. They do not spare their lives and prop-
erty in order to establish the r‎eligion of Allah.
And Allah (ta’ala) describes the quality of these
scholars in the Qur’an Aal Imrah:‎

“‎ Allah witnesses that there is no deity except Him,

and [so do] the angels and those of knowledge - [‎‎ that
He is] maintaining [creation] in justice. There is no
deity except Him, the Exalted in Might, the W‎ ise.”‎

The divine scholars are those who are not shak-

en by the afflictions and the calamities of the
world. A‎ nd in the path of the truth, they do not
fear anyone and they do not fear the reproach of
any r‎eproacher. The purpose of their life is to
make Islam the highest. They are not influenced
by the t‎houghts of the aesthetic schools of the
east and the west, and by non-Islamic philoso-
phies. But they a‎ re influenced by the book of
Allah and the Sunnah of the prophet. The views
of scholars upon the ‎Qur’an and Sunnah are not
manipulated unlike the practices of the scholars
of falsehood. They serve I‎ slam, and work to es-
tablish the Islamic Caliphate, and uproot the re-

ligion of Islam by eradicating the r‎ oots of dis-

belief, polytheism and atheism from the world
while saving the Islamic societies, from p‎ oly-
theism, heresies, superstitions, ignorant practic-
es and immorality. And the messenger of Allah
‎‫ﷺ‬‎‎promised the existence of such a group till
the end of the world. The prophet ‎‫ﷺ‬‎ said:‎
‎“Jabir b. Samura reported God’s Messenger as say-
ing, “This religion will not cease to endure with a
‎company of the Muslims fighting on its behalf till
the last hour comes.” (Muslim)‎

This is the rightful and saved sect that protects the

religion of Allah, and fights the disbelievers. This
is ‎the group for the people of Islam and Muslims
should not stay away from this group and from its
‎leader. But they should work with them to serve
Islam and to make it the highest. In another ‎narra-
tion, the messenger of Allah ‎‫صلــى اهلل عليــه وســلم‬‎rebukes

those who renounce obedience to the ‎rightful lead-

er of Muslim and leave the group of the people of
truth. The messenger of Allah ‎‫ﷺ‬‎ said:‎
Abd Hurairah (RAA) narrated, “He who rebels
against obedience to the ruler, abandons the Mus-
lim ‎community and then dies, his death will be as
if he died at the time of Jahiliyah.” (Muslim)‎

Imam Tabari (may Allah have mercy on him) men-

tions the example of a good community as such:‎
‫ـب لــزوم الْ ماعــة الَّ يــن ِف‬
ْ ‫‏﴿فالصــواب ان الــراد مــن الخـ‬
‫طاعــة مــن اجتمعــوا علــي تأميــه فمــن نكث بيعتــه خرج‬
‫‏‬26 ﴾‫من الْ ماعة‬
‎“Hence what is correct from the objective of the
narration to stick to the jama’ah, the ones that are
in ‎obedience and gathered upon whey have been
ordered with. Hence whoever transgress his ‎alle-
giance is off of jama’ah.” (Fath-hul Bari)‎

The truth is that the purpose of making the

Muslim community to belong to the group that
has been ‎selected by the Caliph under one per-
son. Whoever breaks the allegiance of Caliph
has left the ‎jama’ah. So, when Muslims from a
group establish the religion of Allah, establish
the divine system, it ‎is obliga-tory on every
Muslim to give protection to this group provid-
ed that they really aim to e‎ stablish the reli-gion
and establish the Islamic Caliphate. In this time,
like the Islamic State of today, w ‎ hich emerged
from Iraq and Sham and spread through the
whole world and whose goal was to ‎establish
the religion of Allah. It is unlike those groups
who boasts about Islam, yet serves global c‎ olo-
nialism and in truth have no Islamic agenda.
How should we know and distinguish the righ-
teous ‎group from the false ones that claim to be
of Islam? In this case, what helps us to reach the

truth is the a‎ ctions of these groups. Any group

whose way is in accordance to Qur’an and Sun-
nah is the group of t‎ ruth. And leaving the groups
of heretics and the people of desires leave groups
and call of m ‎ isguidance, leaving and opposing
them is not like leaving the groups of Muslims
as mentioned in the ‎Hadiths. Moreover, it is
obligatory to leave the groups of falsehood. Al-
lamah Shatiby Rah mentions a‎ bout these groups:‎
‎“To sum up, the group returns to the assembly of
the imam who is selected upon the Qur’an and
‎Sunnah, and that is clear that the gathering on a
imam not upon the sunnah is not what is meant by
‎the group mentioned in the hadith.” (Al I’thisam
Vol.2 P.379)‎

The purpose of leaving the Muslim community

is to pledge allegiance to an Imam who is com-
mitted to ‎the Qur’an and Sunnah of the messen-

ger ‎‫ﷺ‬while the community they are coming out

from is of an I‎ mam who is not in accordance to
Qur’an and Sunnah. Therefore, there is no prob-
lem in leaving that g‎ roup and renouncing the al-
legiance to that Imam. So, in every point of time,
the Muslims should look ‎in to the congregation
of the Muslims and the leader if they are upon
the Qur’an and Sunnah. If they ‎are in accordance
to it, then it is obligatory to be in obedience and
if not, obedience is not required. ‎From the point
of view of these scholars, the characteristic of
the group of right and salvation is p‎ resent in the
Islamic State, whose leaders and individuals are
upon the Qur’an and Sunnah. The ‎Taliban and
its likes, being colonial spies and ISIs, have no
obedience to the Qur’an and Sunnah in their
‎governance. In the case of the group of truth,
Allamah Shatiby Rah mentions from Al Hafiz
ibn Hajar:‎

“‎ By combing what appears to be the difference

among them” (Fath-hul Bari)‎

So, what is known from the Qur’an and Sunnah,

and from the views of the scholars of truth about
the ‎saved sect is those who follow the Qur’an
and Sunnah. After the death of the messenger of
Allah till ‎today, the great seditions of heresies,
and superstitions have affected the Islamic Um-
mah greatly. F ‎ rom those of it like the Rawafid,
Khawarij, Jahmiya, Qadiriya, the various athe-
istic thoughts and p‎ hilosophies of the ignorant
nations such as Greece, Rome, Persia, Hindu-
ism, Buddhism in the past, ‎and now the aesthet-
ic philosophies from the schools of capitalism,
communism, fascism, the thoughts o‎ f atheists
such as Marx, Darwin, Hegel, who are atheists
and apostates, materialists, humanitarians h‎ ave
been injected in

to the religion to poison the pure minds of the Mus-

lims. As a result, false beliefs about religion, lusts,
‎worldly love etc. arose among Muslims.‎
But the group of Ahl al-Haqq was not influenced
by anything other than the Qur’an and Sunnah
at any p‎ oint of time in the history. They did not
mix truth with falsehood, monotheism with su-
perstitions. T‎ hey rejected the words of the Shuy-
ookh and other ideas contradicting monotheism
and the message o‎ f the messenger of Allah ‎‫ﷺ‬‎.
Their minds are free from all these false thoughts,
and they fought a‎ gainst all forms of atheism and
falsehood and defended the Qur’an and Sunnah
of the messenger of ‎Allah. This is the righteous
group and the group of salvation on earth. In the
world today, this group is f‎ ull of scholars of Is-
lam, and the world of kufr is incompatible with
it and cannot look at this group in t‎heir trap of
deception because they hate the thoughts and

schools of atheists and disbelief. They are n‎ ot

influenced by the glamour of democracy and hu-
man rights; they consider the western pluralism
‎irrational. But they see Islamic justice in society
as the means of victory in the world and the
hereafter. T‎ hey consider unity of religions to be
in conflict with the original thought of Islam.
They do not consider I‎ slamic Law to be exclu-
sive a particular jurisprudence. They do not con-
sider applying jurisprudence on a‎ specific mat-
ter to be exclusive to the imams. The Ahl al-haqq
with all matters related to ‎jurisprudence, align it
with the issue of Tawhid. And Tawhid is the most
fundamental issue in Islamic ‎jurisprudence. The
group of Ahl al-haqq opposes the theological
heresies that have spread among ‎Muslims, and
those who were exposed of these heresies were
divided into groups, including Sufism ‎and its
superstitious beliefs which resulted in disbelief

and atheism. The group follows the clear path

‎of the Qur’an and Sunnah, whose night is as
bright as the day, and they are of the most just
who do ‎not accept distortions of the exaggera-
tors, the perversion of the falsehood, and the in-
correct ‎interpretations of the ignorant. This ha-
dith of the messenger ‎‫ﷺ‬‎is beacon for their lives:‎
‎“Yahya related to me from Malik that he heard that
the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and
‎grant him peace, said, “I have left two matters with
you. As long as you hold to them, you will not go
‎the wrong way. They are the Book of Allah and the
Sunna of His Prophet.” (Malik Muwatta)‎

Peace and blessings be upon the prophet

Muhammad, his family and his companions. And
to Allah be-‎longs honor, to his messenger and to
the believers.‎
