SUBJECT: RETENTION OF EGOV DATA AND IMPTEMENTATION OF PAYMENT REFERENCE
NUMBER FOR SSS TOAN PAYMENTS
1. RETENTION OF EGOV DATA
Effective April 1, 2021, eGov data will be available online for a maximum of four (4) months from the date
of transaction. Thiswill help ensure stability of the ecov System and Database and proper housekeeping
of historical records. Transactions older than 4 months will be archived up to ten (10) years. lt is the
responsibility of each eGov Participant to maintain its own ecov archives in accordance with the bank's
data retention policy.
To give chance for the eGov Clients to print the necessary transaction receipts for 2019 and 2020, the data
from January 1, 2019 up to December 31, 2020 will be available in the ecov System until March 31, 2021.
2. IMPLEMENTATION OF PAYMENT REFERENCE NUMBER FOR SSS LOAN PAYMENTS
ln compliance with the SSS directive to use the Payment Reference Number (PRN) for loan payments,
BancNet shall apply said enhancement on the ecov 5SS module starting January 1, 2021. ln line with this,
the uploading of 55S Loan file to the ecov System shall be deactivated. All pending SSS loan payments
must be approved before the said date. Pending loan payments shall be automatically cancelled on
January 1, 2021 and must be filed using My.SSS website.
An advisory was posted on the ecov Login Page to inform the Corporate Users that effective January 1,
2021, SSS will strictly implement the use of Payment Reference Number (PRN) generated from My.SSS for
Loan Payment.
Kindly inform your corporate clients regarding this circular.

SUBJECT: RETENTION OF TAX PAYMENT GATEWAY (TPG} DATA
Effective August 1, 2021, Tax Payment Gateway (TPG) data will be available online for a maximum of four
(4) months from the date of transaction. Thiswill help ensure stability of the TPG system and Database
and proper housekeeping of historical records. Transactions older than 4 months will be archived up to
ten (10) years. lt is the responsibility of each ecov Participant to maintain its own TPG archives in
accordance with the bank's data retention policy.
To give chance for the TPG Clients to print the necessary transaction receipts for 2019 and 2020, the data
from January 1,2019 up to December 31, 2020 will be available in the TPG System untilJuly 31, 2021.
