Aluminium safe, heavy duty degreaser
Description
Suma Break-up HD Plus D3.5 is a concentrated liquid degreaser for the cleaning of
heavily soiled surfaces in the kitchen.
Key properties
Suma Break-up HD Plus D3.5 is an alkaline liquid detergent suitable for manual cleaning
of all heavily soiled surfaces in the kitchen, like floors, equipment, cooker hoods and
cooker tops. It is an optimal blend of non-ionic and anionic surfactants, for good wetting
of surfaces, and alkali and sequestrant for effective removal of all kinds of grease and
dried-on food. The formulation is balanced in such a way that the product is safe for use
on aluminium surfaces.
Suma Break-up HD Plus D3.5 is especially suitable for cleaning of floors either manually
with a mop system, with low pressure spray equipment.

Directions for use
The recommended concentration is varying from 10-30 ml per liter of hand hot
water, dependent on the soil level and application.
For controlled dosing the product can be used via the Diversey QFM system.
Cleaning Method - general:
1. Apply solution (10-20ml/L) to surface with cloth, pad or low pressure spray equipment
2. Clean with cloth or brush
3. Rinse with clean water and allow to air dry
Floor cleaning:
• With mop system
1. Dilute product (10-20 ml/L) in hot water
2. Apply solution with mop
3. Remove dirt with the mop
4. Rinse with clean water and allow to air dry
• With floor scrubber and squeegee/ wet vacuum cleaner
1. Dilute product (10 - 20 ml/L) in hot water
2. Apply solution with floor scrubber or with low pressure spray equipment and scrub
3. Remove waste with squeegee or wet vacuum cleaner
4. Rinse with water and remove again with squeegee or wet vacuum cleaner
Soak cleaning:
1. Immerse in a solution of 10 - 20 ml product per litre of hot water
2. Scrub or brush to remove heavy deposits
3. Rinse with clean water and allow to air dry
Fryer cleaning:
1. Drain oil and close valve
2. Fill with water to almost oil fill level
3. Add 1-1.2LSuma Break-up HD Plus D3.5 for every 10 L of water (10-12% w/w).
Check oilcapacity for fill level
4. Turn on fryer and bring to a controlled boil for 60 minutes
5. After cooling and draining, scrub remaining residues from side walls and heating
elements with a scourer pad or brush
6. Rinse twice with clean, hot water and allow to air dry
