Introduction ‘* This manual provides instructions on how to submit technical information to the NEOM project manager or engineer for the Diesel Engine Pump Rated Capacity 1000 GPM @ 120, Manufacturer: Pentair — Aurora , Horizontal Split Case (UL/FM) ‘* _Itis important to follow these instructions carefully to ensure that all the necessary information is submitted in a timely and accurate manner. ‘* Some text and tables are provided as boilerplate examples of wording and formats that may be used or modified as appropriate. Types of information required. The Following types of information might be required. © Shop Drawing © Calculations Test Results © Product data © Product Model Numbers The specific types of information required will vary depending on the specific pump being submitted. Formatting Requirements. «All submittals must be formatted in accordance with the NEOM Project specifications. «This includes using the correct drawing conventions, dimensions, and symbols. Where to submit. * All submittals must be submitted to the NEOM Project manager or engineer in NEOM. VOLTMATIC Co. Who is responsible for submitting. * The person or entity responsible for submitting each type of submittal is the Sales Department. Here is a detailed description of the information that is required for each type of submittal: © Shop drawings ‘* Shop drawings must be complete, and accurate, and they must show all of the details of the pump, including the dimensions, materials, and components. * Shop drawings must be drawn to scale, and they must be dimensioned, and labeled. ‘© Shop drawings must be stamped and signed by the vendor, or by a qualified engineer. Calculations. + Calculations must be provided to verify the performance of the pump. * Calculations must be complete and accurate, and they must be performed by the vendor, or by a qualified engineer. Test Results. * Test results must be provided to verify the performance of the pump. + Test results must be complete and accurate, and they must be performed by a qualified laboratory.
