一、总体概述
1. General Introduction
XFY1548 移动式筛分站作为移动式破碎筛分设备系列产品中的重要一员,具有表层土
剥离、成品骨料筛分、建筑垃圾回收等多功能，同时又具有易运输、低能耗、灵活性强、
适应性高的优势，并且节约运输成本、保养维护方便。
XFY1548 movable screening station plays an important role in XCMG movable crushing
and screening equipment series, it can strip topsoil, screen finished aggregate and collect
construction waste, and is characterized by convenient transport, low energy consumption, high
flexibility and strong adaptability; besides, it can reduce transport cost and is convenient for
maintenance.
XFY1548 移动式筛分站主要用于建筑垃圾回收再利用以及矿山开采行业。适用于表
层剥离时的去泥用途，也可用作多段应用中的骨料筛。可与初级破碎机联合作业，又可单
独作为一线筛分的高性能履带移动式重型筛分设备。应用范围包括采石场，矿山建设，建
筑拆除碎片处理，表层处理，物料再生利用，砂砾筛分，煤矿和骨料筛分，即可通过履带
移动式破碎机给料，也可挖掘机直接给料。主要应用领域：表层土剥离、破碎前的粗筛分、
破碎后的筛分、铁路公路项目、垃圾和建筑垃圾回收、建筑及拆除行业、筛分砂石、砂砾。
XFY1548 movable screening station is mainly applied to recycling and reusing of
construction waste and mining sector. It can be used for topsoil stripping purpose, and the
topsoil stripping function can also serve as an aggregate screen. It can not only make joint
operation with a primary breaker, but also solely serve as a piece of high-performing tracked
mobile heavy screening equipment that works at the front line. The scope of application
includes construction of quarry and mine, disposal of construction waste and topsoil, recycling

tracked mobile breaker but also straight via an excavator. The main scope of application
includes stripping of topsoil, coarse screening before breaking process, screening after breaking
process, railway and road projects, recycling of garbage and construction waste, construction
and demolition industry, screening of aggregates and land waste.

（一）动力系统
(I) Power System
采用康明斯 QSB4.5-C130 发动机，最大输出功率 97kW，省油、动力强、结构紧凑、
重量轻。液压油泵通过分动箱安装在发动机上，保证动力输送平稳、高效。
Cummins QSB4.5-C130 Engine, max. output power: 97kW, the engine is fuel economical,
high-performing, compact and lightweight. Hydraulic oil pump is mounted on the engine via
transfer case; it guarantees steady and efficient power transmission.
（二）液压系统

液压系统采用采用多泵多阀液压驱动模式，动力强劲。大排量摆线马达提供超大扭矩
驱动输送机运转，高压柱塞马达驱动筛分机运转，所有执行机构均可以方便的进行速度调
节。液压系统中各功能元件均采用知名品牌的液压元件，确保了产品液压系统的高可靠性。

large-displacement gerotor motor offers super-large torque to drive up the conveyor while the
high-pressure piston motor enables the screening machine to work; the speed of all the
execution units are under convenient control. All the functional parts in hydraulic systems are
famous brands, which demonstrate the high reliability of the hydraulic system of this
equipment.
（三）电气系统 Electric system
整机配有彩色显示屏，可动态显示设备各种工作参数，可实时记录设备各种工作数据，
故障报警和自动切断工作状态功能。配置无线遥控器，携带、操作方便，可实现多种功能
的远程操作，增加了操作的便利性。
The machine has a colored display that shows various working parameters in a dynamic
way and it can real time record working data, give fault alarms and automatically cut off the
machine from its working state. It is equipped with a wireless remote control, which is portable
and convenient for operation, supports remote operation of multiple functions and increases
operating convenience.
（四）筛分系统 Screening system
筛分机为圆振动筛分设备，液压马达通过联轴器带动轴与两组同样的偏心块做圆周运
动。激振器起振功率小，激振过程平稳。激振力大，无侧向摆动。筛分机采用液压油缸调
整角度，方便运输和工作状态的转换。

sets of identical eccentric blocks via shaft coupling to make circular motion. Vibration exciter
has a small starting power that results in smooth and steady exciting vibration. The exciting
force is high, not leading to lateral swing. The angle of screening machine is adjusted via
hydraulic cylinder, which is convenient for changeover between transport configuration and
work configuration.
（五）主机架(V) Main frame
主机架是各部件的安装支架，采用 Q690D 和 Q550D 等高性能钢板焊接，整体船型
结构，保证工作时的稳定性。
The main frame has a ship-like structure, serves as the mounting bracket of all components,
and is welded by high-performance Q690D and Q550D steel sheets, which guarantee stability
when machine is in operation.

（六）输送系统
(VI) Conveying system
输送机主要承担筛分前和筛分后的物料输送。主梁采用 C 型折弯板焊接而成的梯状
框架结构，安全可靠。采用联轴器加液压马达的驱动方式，带速可根据实际工作需要进行
调节。
The conveyor mainly undertakes the pre-screening and post-screening material conveying.
The main beam has a ladder frame structure welded with C shaped bending plates, which is safe
and reliable. The drive form is shaft coupling + hydraulic motor, and belt speed can be adjusted
according to the actual working situation.
