Constitution
The Constitution
General Rules and SOP
1. The Safety of your brothers comes first before all, negligence in favor of greed or beef will not be tolerated

2. The only punishment shall be handed with a bear fist, fighting brothers with weapons will not be tolerated.
Nor will baiting.

3. Greed is a silent killer, those who only use the club for their benefit and do not give back in return will not
be tolerated.

4. Don’t make promises with no plan of action, a King’s word shall be final.

5. Those without colors lose their vote at the table.

6. The treasurer is responsible for keeping a weekly record of all club expenses and active loans.

7. All Road King’s fines will be paid within 30 days. Fines will be paid to the treasurer

8. King’s are responsible for their brothers even behind bars, if you get busted notify a member or prospect.

9. Where we go on our rides will be voted upon by the entire membership.

10. Each patch holder/prospect is required to maintain a valid motor vehicle license, which includes the
authorization to operate motorcycle.

11. Every member must have an American made motorcycle if they wish to ride with the club.

12. Members unable to ride are to have the honor and integrity to voluntarily hand in their colors, failure to do
so will result in negative standing with the club.

13. If a member’s bike is not running, or is removed from a ride, he must have an operational motorcycle
within a week or his colors will be taken.

14. Absolutely no talking about club business to persons outside the club. This includes anyone that doesn’t
wear our colors and ole lady’s

15. If you are told you are too drunk to drive, you will turn over your keys to a brother. You and your scooter
will be taken care of.

16. If the Road Captain or an officer determines your bike is unsafe to ride, you are grounded until it is safe.

17. During funeral runs, no one will pack a passenger, the patch must be seen.

18. There shall be a wrecking crew consisting of the Sergeant at Arms, the Junior Patch, and whomever the
Senior Patch may designate. The purpose of the wrecking crew is to check out bars, etc. prior to entry by
President, Vice President, or Senior Patch.

19. Prospect will watch all bikes when members are at Club functions, in bars, and anywhere the senior
member present deems necessary.

20. There will be a mandatory Club Ride once a month. Club votes on the route, Road Captain is responsible
for proposing options
Elected and Earned Club Titles
Founders
A member bcomes a Founder when he is one of the first to open a new chapter of the club, if a club has no officers
then the founder will take the responsibility of the President. If a club is missing a President and Vice President the
the founder will take their place until they return or a new president is voted in. As long as a Founder keeps his
colors he has a permanent vote on the executive board of the chapter that he founded.

President
The President is the elected symbolic leader of the club, they have strong executive authority and are to authorize all
votes made by the club. The President must always balance power and democracy to keep his head at the table.

The President is responsible for running church and all officer meetings.

The President also presides as the judge for the club and may make decisions on disciplinary actions not covered
within the club constitution.

The President acts as the personal representative of the club and is to communicate the membership values and
opinions to other groups and be present over any major transaction or business decisions.

The President is responsible for assisting any other officers in the interpretation of their responsibilities and shall
promote club life among members.

Vice President
The V. President is used mostly as a backup if for any reason the President is unavailable to conduct his duties. Or
as a “second president” at the discretion of the President if the club is dealing with multiple executive issues at once.

SGT At Arms
The Sgt at arms is the head of security for the club, all executive authority and responsibility is given to the Sgt. So
that they may keep members and affiliates safe and secure.

The Sgt at arms is also the head of organization at church and enforces rules during meetings, they make sure that
everyone speaks only when they are supposed to. They also are responsible for maintaining order at club events as
well.

They are to ensure that all member and prostects adhere to club rules, policies and maintains the authority and
control of the President and current regime.

They must also be fully prepared to defend the club from inside or outside threats and is responsible for maintaining
the existence of the brotherhood.

They must act as an example for members and must follow all club rules, as the moment the Sgt starts breaking
rules, it sets the example that other members do not have to follow them as well.

In charge of ensuring members are wearing the correct colors at all times, and is responsible for ensuring colors are
removed for any reason.

Responsible for keeping club weapons and firearms in safekeeping.

May levy prospects or enforcers to assist in any duties needed.


Secretary
The secretary is responsible for maintaining club records and writings, and is also responsible for maintaining any
outside contacts and communications. They are the first contact for the club and generally only privileged contacts
may reach out directly to the President.

They are also responsible for documenting topics and happenings at church or any other club meeting.

They are also responsible for maintaining the club constitution and its amendmants. Or any other club document an
officer may utilize.

Responsible for notifying and reminding members of any meetings, events, or church.

Responsible for updating members who missed meetiing or chuch on what was discussed.

Treasurer
The Treasurer is the man responsible for anything money or legal related for the club. They safeguard and monitory
the club’s financial status and assets.

They also will collect dues from the membership and prospects and will record any missed payments.

They will also keep track of the current fines and loans that are due to the club.

Road Captain
The number one injury to members and prospect is riding related accidents. The Road Captain’s responsibility is to
ensure the safety of members while on the road and is given strong executive authority to ensure members are not
injured or immobilized while riding.

The Road Captain is responsible for planning and directing travel routes and stops for major rides. They may or may
not lead the club formation during the ride, this is up to them

The Road Captain is the final word on who may break formation at any given time, whether it be to block traffic or
leave the ride all together.

The Road Captain not only has the ability to enforce club rules and riding safety, but also has executive authority
over decisions made to increase the safety of members and prospects during rides.

The Road Captain must have the ability and tools to perform inspections and maintenance on club vehicles.

Board Of Officers
The executive board consists of those members who were elected as officers of the club along with two additional
elected members who are not club officers. The board holds scheduled meetings twice a month. Emergency
meetings can be called if a situation arises that demands immediate attention.

The executive board is responsible for:

 The monitoring of conflicts within the club.

 The application of disciplinary procedures.

 The evaluation of prospects and their progress.

 The presentation of summarized assessments of the overall club situation to the membership (Church)
Enforcer
The enforcers are the muscle of the Road Kings and will ensure that order is maintained within the club either
through enforcing rules or executive authority from an officer.

Their responsibilities are very similar to that of the Sgt. At Amrs where they are responsible for club security.

If a member shall try to ignore or actively fight against the Sgt at Arms or regime as a whole then the Enforcers are
responsible for dealing with that member(s).

Enforcers will typically deal with issues outside of the club rather than within. They will also regularly use prospects
to assist them in their enforcement, testing the prospects knowledge of club rules.

Like the SGT, Enforcers are responsible for protecting club safety and reputation.

While this is not their sole responsibility, Enforcers are generally regarded as being the club’s “shooters” and are
usually the first members brought up during times of conflict.
Club Politics and Checks & Balances
Elections Of Officers / Club Elections
Officers of the club serve a six-month term of office, bi-annual elections are held at the middle and last regular
meeting of the year, in December and June respectively.

1. In order to be eligible for office, a patch holder has to have been an active member in good standing for a
minimum of one month. This does not include initial elections when a new chapter is formed.

2. Patch holders who aspire towards a particular position will campaign informally for one month prior to the
elections.

3. Electioneering is conducted on an interpersonal face to face basis.

4. A hopeful candidate will approach a member, inform them what he is willing to stand for office if
nominated, ask for the member's opinion of his qualifications, and solicit the member's support.

Board Of Officers
The executive board consists of those members who were elected as officers of the club along with two additional
elected members who are not club officers. The board holds scheduled meetings twice a month. Emergency
meetings can be called if a situation arises that demands immediate attention.

The executive board is responsible for:

Impeachment

A writ of impeachment against any officer may be submitted by any active member at a regular meeting. This writ
must be signed by at least three Active Members of the chapter and must list the charges as the basis for the writ. All
Active Members in the chapter must be informed of the writ prior to any impeachment vote. In order to allow the
officer in question an opportunity to prepare a statement concerning the charges against them, a special shall be
scheduled for action on the writ no less than three, no more than seven days following the submission of the writ.
Prospects are prohibited from attending this meeting, unless required to give testimony to support the writ or to
support the officer in question as a witness. Impeachment requires a 2/3 majority vote of all Active Members in the
chapter. Any disciplinary action besides the impeachment will be decided upon by the remaining officers within 7
days of the impeachment vote.

Principal Officers

There shall be six voting officers for each chapter; President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, Sergeant-at-
Arms, and Road Captain. These officers make up the executive committee.

Eligibility of Office

Any active member may run for office. Nominations are not required to run for any principal office. Any Active
Member may become a candidate by simply stating their intention to do so around the May and October meetings
respectively. A member may not run for more than one office at a time.
Special Election

In the event that the current elected officer is no longer able to perform their duties, a special election for that
position shall be held to fill that position at the next monthly meeting.

Meetings & Church


1. At least one organized church per month

2. Majority rules over most votes.

3. If a vote is taken at a meeting and a member is not there, his vote is void.

4. Meetings will be closed for prospective members and outsiders for most situations.

5. All meetings will be run on a parliamentary basis. Members will be evicted for unruly conduct.

6. To conduct a meeting you must have 60% of membership and 80% of membership to conduct votes.

7. Everyone is expected to show up to church on their bike and in their colors.

8. Members must be of sound mine (straight) when attending meetings.

9. There will be absolutely no booze or drugs consumed during meetings.

10. During a meeting there will be no talking among members until they get the floor through the president. A
sergeant-at-arms, if not present, will be appointed and anyone not abiding by the above will be evicted.

11. Miss three (3) meetings in a row and your membership to the club will be assesed.

12. Members must attend meetings to leave the club and turn in his colors. Members unwilling to show their
face at the table after leaving the club will be taken care of.

13. If a member is thrown out of the club or quits without attending meetings, he loses his colors and anything
else that is club property.

Respect

1. Respect is to be shown to all members, prostects, and affiliates bikes and property

2. Respect your colors, and respect your brothers

3. No stealing from members.

4. No fighting among each other is allowed, any punches to be thrown will be done by the Sgt At Arms.
Colors

1. When a member leaves the club, the member turns over colors to the president of chapter.

2. Respect your colors, symbolicly or literally.

3. Avoid wearing colors in a cage, except during funerals and loading or unloading a bike from a truck.

4. Nothing will be worn on the back of your jacket except colors.

5. Colors must be worn at all times when riding or at Club functions. If patch is lost or stolen, patch holder
will be judged by court.

6. The only way a member of Road Kings can retire and keep his patch is if local officers authorize him.
Minimum time for retirement is one year

7. DO NOT EVER tarnish or insult the colors on your back or your brothers will gladly take them.

Dues & Loans

1. Club dues will be paid weekly, due by the next payment

2. Two weeks overdue is the limit.

3. Dues are $20,000 a week for members and $40,000 for prospective members.

4. Upon failure of paying dues within one month, the member shall be suspended and turn in his colors. If
within two months dues still aren't paid, the colors will be forfeited to pay them, and member will no longer
be considered a member. The only exception to this shall be if a member is in jail or if he is out of town for
a period. If he is in jail, dues won't be expected, but if he is out of town and still using club privileges dues
will be paid when he returns.

5. All loans or debts will be secured by collateral. Members will agree upon payment. Two patch holders must
be present in any personal loan transaction.
Club acknowledged significant others

1. Don't fuck around with brother's SO. (Probably an Ass Kicking and kick-out from club).

2. Property/Supporter patches will be brought up before all patch holders for input. Majority vote from all
eligible patch holders is required.

3. Members are responsible for their SO

4. Members must state who their SO is.

5. Members may not discuss club business with their SO.

6. No SO's allowed at meetings.

7. OL' ladies are allowed unescorted at clubhouse only by prior arrangement by OL' man, (and other way
around)

8. Property patch is worn optional on an SO. So if you see someone you like you better ask before you leap.
Membership Qualifications For Prospects

1. Prospects must be at least 18 years old.

2. Prospects must have an American made motorcycle.

3. Prospects cannot do any drugs, unless otherwise given direct permission by their sponsor.

4. Prospects must show a sincere interest in club and bikes

5. Prospects on the road with bike equipped for the road.

6. Prospect must be sponsored by one member who has known him at least 1 week.

7. Sponsor is responsible for prospect, including any and all actions against the rules.

8. Sponsor can pull a prospect's rockers at his discretion.

9. Prospects must do anything another member tells him to do, that a member has done or would be willing to
do himself.

10. Prospect will stand behind the club and members.

11. No stealing from prospects or members.

12. Prospect must ride his bike to the meeting at time of being voted into the club.

13. Prospect members must be voted in. Two 'no' votes equal a rejection. One 'no' vote must be explained.

14. Prospective member's prospecting period is at the discretion of the sponsor and the club. Directorship shall
decide when vote is necessary.

15. Every patch holder on the Island must vote for a prospect to make center patch. Vote must be unanimous.

16. No prospect will be voted for center-patch with outstanding loan.

17. Only the sponsor or an officer may hand out a patch to a prospect. This will be done at a meeting with only
patch holders present.
