Dear Parent/Carer,
Return of Year 7 Locker Keys

You may recall at the beginning of the school academic year we issued lockers to those students who wished to take up the
option of using a locker in their first year at Marling School.

As we near the end of term, we would ask if you could return his locker key to Student Services Reception, so we are able to
prepare the lockers and keys for the next Year 7 intake.

We would be grateful if you would complete and return the enclosed tear off slip with the return of your son’s issued locker key
by Friday 7th July 2023. If you could include a contact telephone number, so should there be any belongings in your son’s locker,
we can then contact you to organise a mutually convenient time to pick up its contents.

Lost or unreturned keys will incur a charge of £5, as previously advised within Locker Storage in Year 7 – Academic Year
2021/2022 letter included within the Year 7 starter pack.

Payment for lost or unreturned locker keys can be made via Parentpay. Please be aware that this Parentpay item has been
assigned to all students who were issued a Locker key and on receipt of your son’s retuned key the payment item will then be
removed from your Parentpay account.

If your son still requires a locker for next academic year, please let the finance office know by contacting [email protected]
and we will reply once all the Year 7 lockers have been allocated.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Finance Office.

Yours sincerely

Sam James
Finance Assistant
