Special Board of Education Meeting

WATERTOWN CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT


BOARD OF EDUCATION
4:00 p.m.

The meeting will be available via live stream through the district website. The meeting will be recorded
and subsequently transcribed.

1. Meeting Opening

A. Call to Order/Pledge of Allegiance

2. Executive Session

A. Motion for Executive Session. Resolved, that the Board enter into an executive session for the purpose of discussing the
employment history of a particular person and matters leading to dismissal, which will also involve engagement in a quasi-
judicial function, specifically, conducting a Stage 3 Grievance Hearing on Watertown Administrative and Supervisory
Association (WASA) Grievance No. 02-2023. The Board invites the representatives present from the Association to
participate in the hearing.

3. Items for Board Action

A. Approval of Decision on Grievance Filed by WASA.
