Industrial Analysis:

 Current Trends
Most of the Automotive that focusing Auto & tyre sector are usually looking for individual client
to come work with them thus most of them they shut down therefore as Tlotlithlale Auto &
Tyre Services we then planning to use the newly introduced helping machines that will help us
to service cars faster and more efficient. Implement more advance machinery to improve skill
development for future growth.

‘’Extensive investment
continues in the new wave of
technology and productive
processes that demand new
skills and complex problem-
solving abilities. The changing
economics of production and
Distribution, along with shifts in consumer demand and the emergence of smart products are
pushing manufacturers to explore radical new ways of creating value. Since there is a significant
need for manufacturers to reinvent the car-buying experience, OEMs currently offer the greatest
product choice the market has ever seen. Equally, customer expectations for reliability and
performance have never been greater’’

 Safety of all members of
the Tlotlithlale Group
(Pty) Ltd. family is about getting home in “one-piece”. While sounding like a relatively
easy concept working in a high risk tyre industry does not always make it easy. Some of
the main causes of accidents in this industry can be avoided. We will therefore drive a
culture of safety and awareness through several programs. The message supporting this
is simple- safety is everyone’s responsibility.
 A good safety culture is in our company’s DNA and resides in all our processes. At the
core of our business we understand that daily commuters trust our business with their
lives, families trust us with their loved ones and future generations depend on us for a
sustainable environment.
