AFFIDAVIT
I, CARINA BRENDA A. LUCHE, of legal age, Filipino, widow, and a resident
of Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with
law hereby freely depose and say that:
1. That I sold to Spouses Jazminne A. Migueles and Mark Lorenez G. Migueles a
THREE HUNDRED (300) SQUARE METERS, more or less, portion of Lot
No. 1-D-4, which portion sold is known and designated as Lot No. 1-D-4-F-8-
C-1, still covered under Transfer Certificate of Title No. 103-2019000695,
situated in Barangay Jugno, Amlan, Negros Oriental, by virtue of a document
known as Deed of Absolute Sale of a Portion in a Parcel of Land with Doc.
No. 312, Page No. 64, Book No. IV, Series of 2021 in the Notarial Registry of
Atty. Rowtir John L. Banquerigo;
2. That I hereby certify that the portion of Lot No. 1-D-4, containing an area of
THREE HUNDRED (300) SQUARE METERS, more or less, I sold to
Spouses Jazminne A. Migueles and Mark Lorenez G. Migueles does not
include any building or improvement of whatever kind and nature;
3. That I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts
and for whatever legal purpose this may serve;
