standing relationship.

We confirm that we are Ready, Willing and Able to receive fund via GPI CASH TRANSFER from
your ACCOUNT for an amount of €240,000,000,000,000.00 (TWO HUNDRED AND FORTY
TRILLION EUROS) to be redirected via MT199 INTO OUR DESIGNATED ACCOUNT of
xxxxxxxxxxx BANK PLC aiming at investment on behalf of GCUBE UNDERWRITING
LIMITED as per agreed tranches.

Furthermore, we hereby confirm that our company PT REFAT INVESTAMA PERSADA Limited
is a legal receiver of the funds mentioned above, and we are READY & WILLING to bear the cost
of payment for the MT199 redirection fees into our name upon location of funds. The amount of
€3,500,000 (THREE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND EURO) and Aura consultancy
fees of €750,000 (SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND EURO ) which results into a total of
€4,250,000 (FOUR MILLION TWO HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND EURO ONLY) would be
paid directly to the approved GCUBE paymaster AURA SOLUTION COMPANY LIMITED.

We PT REFAT INVESTAMA PERSADA Limited are authorized to receive these funds aiming at
investment in approved projects. Upon confirmation of the FUNDS and the fund credited into our
available balance, we
are committed to disburse payment successfully within 72 hours as per PGL.

LEGAL SWIFT TRANSFER ONLY.
