introduction
Before servicing the aircraft, we recommend to carefully read this manual and also the flight manual (POH), the engine manual and propeller manual as well.
The present document describes the time intervals and the modes for the correct maintaining procedures. If you scrupulously follow these instructions,
your aircraft will last for a long time, giving optimal performances and absolute safety. Moreover, this document consists in a collection of operational
sheets that have mainly been divided into functional groups, such as B (fuselage Body), C (flight Control), D (Documents and miscellaneous),
E (Electrical and avionics), F (Fuel system), H (safety equipment), K (cockpit), L (Landing gear), M (engine parts), P (dashboard and instrument Panel),
W (Wing and control surfaces). Each functional group has been enclosed into a maintenance matrix in which every functional part of the group is
associated with the relative Operational Sheet and accurate maintenance operation during the all aircraft service history.
This latter has been divided into systematic maintenance time intervals, organized as follow:

• 25h: thorough inspections, replacements only on condition;

• 100h, 200h, 300h, 400h, 500h: repetition of the 25h instructions with some more inspections;
• 600h, 700h, 800h, 900h, 1000h: repetition of respectively 100h, 200h, 300h, 400h, 500h instructions;
• From 1100h to 2000h (with steps of 100h): repetition of the two preceding points.

Anyway, a replacement (indicated with an R) or a Maintenance (indicated with a M) operation should be required with the respect of the product expected life.
It is indicated in the maintenance matrix as shown in the following example.

ANYWAY, EVERY 50 HOURS A GENERAL INSPECTION IS MANDATORY: THE TERM "LIFE" MUST BE INTENDED AS EXPECTED LIFE

In this sample, a Replacement (R) of TYRE TUBE is required at 200h, and the operation is described on PL9012A0 sheet
In any case, the TYRE TUBE must be replaced after 5 years life

Only the following authorities:Pilot or Owner; RLSA-M (Repairman Light Sport Aircraft Maintenance) or higher

tools
Most hardware on the aircraft is metric. A standard set of metric wrenches is required to work on this aircraft.
If special tools are required, these are indicated close to the figures and are available from Alpi Aviation
The necessary tools to work on the engine are listed in the maintenance manual provided by Rotax
