Cause
Could be dirty/faulty Pick Sensor.
Could be faulty harness between Pick Mod and control board.
Could be faulty Control Board.

Run Sensor/Switch Status test in diagnostics with Loop On.


Block and Unblock the sensor and see if the state changes.

Resolution
Clean sensor.
Replace Pick Module
Replace Control Board
