Deductible :
- 10% of Sum Insured of each vessel with additional deductible. Additional
deductible as follow: - 25% of Claim Payable caused by or attributable by
fire -10% of claim payable or IDR 50,000,000.00 whichever is higher for all
other losses/ damages. It is noted and agreed to the contrary that this
deductible also apply to a claim for Actual or Constructive total loss of the
vessel.
