Lizzy Enterprise is an entity which will engage in wholesales and retails of various food

products. The food items will include rice, sugar, flour, Indomie, tomato paste, cooking oil,

eggs etc. The enterprise will provide food providers with net sales plans. Lizzy Enterprise

will target both individual retail customers and businesses that require food products in bulk.

The customer segments include households, restaurants, cafes, hotels, caterers, and other food

service providers. Lizzy Enterprise establishes strategic relationships with reliable suppliers

and partners. Including manufacturers, local farmers, and food producers who can

consistently provide quality products at competitive prices. The Enterprise operates through

multiple distribution channels to its target customers. These channels include physical retail

stores, an online e-commerce platform, and partnerships with local businesses and

restaurants. Lizzy Enterprise emphasizes building strong customer relationships. The

margarine etc. Our mission is to provide high-quality and affordable food items to meet the

strong relationships with trusted suppliers and manufacturers who adhere to stringent quality

SERVICE/PRODUCT LINE

The enterprise will provide food item retailers with gross supplies at any demand they need to

stock the businesses. The enterprise is an entity which will engage in wholesales and retails

of various food products. The food items will include rice, sugar, flour, Indomie, tomato

paste, cooking oil, eggs etc.

3.0 MARKET ANALYSIS

There are more than a dozen food retail businesses in Tema, Ghana. Currently over 100s of

active food retail business from 2010 till date as noted by the Business Licensing and Permit

Department of the Tema Metropolitan Assembly. However, as there have been an

astronomical increasing number of food retail business due to consumer’s demand increase

year by year, whole sale enterprises to supply the retail business are very limited in the

metropolis. Therefore, more of these food retail business travel all the way to industries

producing these good to buy from them directly. Hence, as retailers’ demands skyrocketed,

wholesale suppliers are very limited to feed them with these goods. These therefore means

any investment in a food wholesale enterprise in the metropolis is strategic lucrative business

which will yield high profit.

ORGANIZATION AND MANAGEMENT

The management of Lizzy Enterprise will consist of managing staff, accountant, sales and

marketing representatives and transport personnel.


Lizzy Enterprise limited will employ the services of eight (6) permanent staff which will

include; one (1) manager, one accountant, one (1) marketer, two (2) sales representative and

one (1) driver who all together will handles all day to day activities of the enterprise.

These permanent staff will also be graduate with certification of at least diploma except the

driver who will have a license Grade (D). All other direct and indirect jobs will be on contract

and will be subjected to renewal over a specified period of time.

MARKETING AND SALES

Lizzy Enterprise will focus on individual customers, sole proprietors and other organizations

as her market base. The enterprise will adopt the following marketing strategies.

i. Branding, Pricing and Advertising

Lizzy Enterprise will develop a strong and memorable brand identity by creating a unique

logo, tagline, and consistent visual elements that reflect the values and positioning of the

enterprise. A well-defined brand will help differentiate you from competitors and build trust

with customers. Lizzy Enterprise takes into account factors such as product costs, market

demand, and competition. The goal is to offer competitive prices that provide value to

customers while maintaining sustainable profit margins The enterprise will also advertise the

business through traditional print media such as television, radio, billboards, flyers and

brochures, highway signs etc.

i. Website and Social Media

Lizzy Enterprise will establish a professional and user-friendly website, to showcase the

products, prices, and contact information. The website will be optimized with a search

engines (SEO) to increase visibility and easy navigations. Lizzy Enterprise will create social

media profiles on platforms to regularly interact with clients and to share engaging content

related to your food products. The enterprise will oversee the company's presence on

platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter and WhatsApp Business.


ii. Promotions and Discounts

Lizzy Enterprise will also offer periodic promotions, discounts, or loyalty programs to

incentivize customers to choose over competitors. The enterprise will create attractive offers

based on customer preferences and buying patterns.
