GRADUATION CEREMONY - AUGUST/SEPTEMBER 2023
On the occasion of the August/September 2023 Graduation Ceremony, the University has
the pleasure of inviting you to the Ceremony which will be held at the Paul Octave Wishé
Auditorium of the University as per the attached schedule.
You are kindly invited to attend the Graduation Ceremony of your Faculty.
There will be a procession to the rostrum at the beginning of the Ceremony. All academic
staff members in academic dress are invited to take part in the procession relevant to their
Faculty/Centre.
Academic staff members who wish to take part in the procession are requested to be present
in the robing room 20 minutes before the start of the ceremony. Please send an email to
[email protected] by Friday 28 July 2023 to confirm your attendance. We need your
confirmation early to arrange the seating on stage.
