LETTER OF JUSTIFICATION

To whom it may concern,

Dear Madam/Sir,

My name is NASEB SALIC H.ALI, one of your first-batch scholars of BASE-


MERIT. I would like to inform you the reasons for writing this justification letter is
because I have been transferred to another university. I would like also to inform you that
I have not violated any agreement on my behalf since all of the subject that I have taken
from my previous university are all validated and credited. I did not change my program
and continuing my 2nd year level of BS-CHEMICAL ENGINEERING here in
MINDANAO STATE UNIVERSITY-ILIGAN INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY and
from my previous university, MINDANAO STATE UNIVERSITY-MAIN CAMPUS are
within MSU COHORT SYSTEM. Technically, I transferred within a system and not from
different universities/colleges, and that make me viable to continue the scholarship. I have
supported documents to show you such as prospectus/curriculum of the program from both
universities and photocopy of validation/credit of subjects.

To clarify even more, here are pinpoints that I have to justify, on my behalf, on
transferring process:

▪ All subjects within my program are same to both universities I have under in.
The subjects I have already taken to my previous university are all credited and
validated. The course codes of each subject are also the same. You can check both
of the sealed prospectus attached with this letter.

▪ Validation of grades from previous university.


The grades are validated and signed upon to the chairperson of the department I am
affiliated with, my new advisor, and the dean of college of engineering and
technology. The photocopy of validation form is also attached to this document.

▪ Maintenance of grade, academic load and the program.


I have decently maintained the required grade for the scholarship. I garnered CGPA
of 1.321 last summer. I have also acquired regular academic load this semester with
23 units. Still continuing the program, I have admitted before. Check the attached
grade cards from 1st semester to summer and the certificate of registration to this
letter.

▪ The University I transferred to.


Mindanao State University-Iligan Institute of Technology is one of the top schools
to the program I admitted with, Bachelor of Science in CHEMICAL
ENGINEERING. MSU-IIT has also have better career centers that may help me
guide to my future endeavors related to my program and hopefully, apply what I
will learn to this institution and render my services to BARMM.

I am looking forward for your response and hoping for your kindest consideration
on my behalf. Thank you for sparing your time reading my justifications concerning to my
transfer process.
