Chart A: Arthur Goode

American homicidal homosexual pederast pedophile, a borderline retard and schizophrenic.
The fourth child and only son, he was raised in a devout Catholic family. He was never like
the other kids and was not able to get along with his peers. He would run home crying and
frightened over the slightest upset. By age six, he was fondling other children. He failed the

At age zi, Goode was arrested on nine charges of child molestation. He agreed to enter a

and strangled. Goode kidnapped Billy Arthes on 3/15/76 and kidnapped Kenneth Dawson, n,
on 3/Z0/76. He tortured and sexually abused Dawson, then strangled him to death while
forcing Arthes to watch. Apprehended before he killed Arthes, he was sentenced to death on
3/Z1/1977 in the electric chair. The execution was carried out 4/05/1984, Starke, FL.

American homicidal maniac. The son of an overbearing mother who forbade her son to show
any interest in women, he worked on the family farm where he grew up in Plainfield, WT
When his mom and brother both died the same year, he turned inward, becoming more

It was estimated that he plundered as many as 15 bodies from graves, a necrophile and a
cannibal.
Gein's gory secret was discovered and he was committed to life in an institution for the
criminally insane in iz/ 57. The local people burned down the farm, as a place of unspeakable
evil. Gein died in the mental institution in 1984.

Whenever we read classics we always find thousands of rules not working on many charts, and
it is oft said that a rule or a verse should not be applied verbatim, the sage is only trying to part a thinking
here about a planet and he is not giving an unfailing dictum. Often when modern authors write articles,
contemporary critics pounce on them saying that the same rule is not working on so and so charts. If
we observe above the Sage is trying to point out that Jupiter in the 3H shows a lascivious character
especially one who is attracted to brother's wife and one who might like incestuous relationships too.
Recently in world media there have been many cases of Incestuous relations coming out in the open
e.g. the case in Austria that came out in April 2009.
In order to understand the 2 hints given by the Rishi (sage), one must observe the words used by
the sage 'lascivious', brothers wife & relations. Relatives and lascivious stands for Mercury in
traditional astrology and this Mer rules the 3H of the natural zodiac and here the sage is talking of
Jupiter in 3H - this must not be forgotten. Then Sage talks about Brothers wife, which in natural
zodiac is the 9H whose lord is Jupiter in Kala Purusha. Here in above verse results of Jupiter in 3H is
being talked about which means he will aspect through his aspect the 9H of brothers wife, and that
is the reason the Rishi says Jupiter in 3H will make person attracted (aspect) to brothers wife.
Following are 2 cases of Jupiter in 3H which show incestuous relations which sage talks about but one
will not find this working in all charts of Jupiter in 3H, obviously whatever is written in classics is
just an indication and one has to use all the planets for arriving at a result. One cannot forget that
Jupiter the planet of Dharma (Righteousness) sitting in the house of Action should warn everyone
that if Adharma (unlawful) things are done (action) then evil results will follow.

Case 1: Molesting Ones Daughter

Child molester who was attracted to young teenagers and indicted in 1974 for molesting his own
daughter. As one can observe Jupiter is in 3H and incestuous relation has happened as per the above
verse. Additionally Jupiter is with Mandi and in sign of his enemy - Venus. Whenever a case of
sexual perversion is observed one cannot ignore Venus, here the dispositor of 3H of Jupiter whereas

Thi s is one of the most interesting cases. American baby born a few hours after his mom was attacked
and mauled by two dogs, who chased and killed her cat. Badly wounded by bites, his mom ran to a
neighbor's apartment for help, but he closed his door in her face. She then went into labor and had a
C-section. She also went through surgery on her right arm and had a five-inch wound on the back of

Whenever one sees such a simple classical statement it is obvious that one cannot take it

which has blocked many from studying the science in the scientific manner in which the
Rishi wrote it. Rishi wanted us to study the deeper meaning behind his statements and if we
can criticize in today's worlds such statements by Rishis, do you think the Rishis would
have been foolish to write such a statement in his era when Jyotish knowledge and teaching

Chart 2: Jones, Marc Edmund - Astrologer + Long Life

American astrologer, a popular professional and author whose books include, "Guide To
Horoscope Interpretation." Prior to becoming a professional, he was a Hollywood script
writer in his youth. Greatly interested in metaphysics, he and the gifted clairvoyant Elsie
Wheeler set about to find a set of symbols for every degree of the zodiac that was an
improvement on degree symbology existent. One day in 1925 in San Diego's Balboa Park,
Jones took a series of 360 small blank cards on each of which was noted a sign and degree
on the back and held them up for Wheeler to describe her vision. The cards were shuffled
continually to keep the selection random. The images did not seem entirely appropriate, or
some were exaggerated, so the cards were put aside until 1931, when the definitions were
revised, a process that was repeated in 1948. The results were first published in 1951.
In 1978, two years before his death, Jones was given a respectful and affectionate 90th
birthday party by 200 colleagues while planning his next book. Jones died on 3/05/1980,

Publishers Commentary:
Sukar Rishi says that Venus in 2nd house can make a person be in government service

The son of a dining car porter and a domestic, Manuel was first in his law class, earning his
degree in 1953. He became assistant to the Attorney General of California 1970-71 and was
