Short Flash Animation / Band / Banner (120 Seconds) 3. 1 Home Page + 11 Inner Pages Content Placement & Relative Linking 4. 1 Home Page + 11 Inner Pages Title Tag, Meta Tag Keyword Optimization 5. Professional Search Engine Submission + XML Sitemap (Google/Yahoo/MSN) 6. 1 Online Enquiry/Feedback Form with 7 Fields + Validation (Re-Directed to E-mail ID) 7. Social Media Button / Widgets 8. DHTML/CSS/JQUERY/JAVASCRIPT/AJAX Menus/Effect can be applied 9. 1 Photo Gallery page (Max 15 Photos with Light Box Effect) 10. Domain Name Registration (.com/.net/.biz/.org/.info 1 year) 11. Linux Web Space Hosting (USA 1 GB Space + 1 GB Monthly Bandwidth 1 year)

Total consulting cost 455/- SGD

Transparency 1. Customer has to provide photo graphs / images / logo prior to start the lay out design 2. Customer has to provide the content to be incorporated in website (.pdf/.rtf/.doc format via e-mail) 3. Flash animation will not include any action scripting/ programming 4. No updating provided after delivery (Eg: - add/edit/delete contents, Replace logo/photos/other graphics/spelling corrections etc) 5. No royalty paid images used for the designing 6. Graphics, avatar, advertising banners will not be provided 7. Table less design (DIV/CSS) (No Mark-up Validation) (Browser Compatibility IE7/Firefox) 8. Up to 5 Changes can make on selected design. 9. 11 Inner pages will have same lay out & graphics structure including the contact us form.

10. Domain Name Registration to be renew next year (15 SGD 1 Year) 11. Web Space Hosting to be renew next year ($110 SGD 1 Year) 12. If Hosting & Domian name is not opting or required the cost will be same (It is purely offering 1 year free and save 125 SGD) 13. Hosting Come with Unlimited E-mails/MySQL Data Bases & Powered by Cpanel 14. Customer will have full control over domain name and there will not have any hidden additional cost. 15. Payment terms 50% advance 50 % after completing the site in our testing server 16. Our consultants will not physically present customers office.

Consulting Cost Explained Offshore Consulting Cost for Web Designing = 13 SGD Per hour Total Man Hours Required to Execute above Project = 35 hours Total consulting cost 35 x 13 = 455 (SGD) (Remittance Fee Paid by Customer Itself) Delivery Duration: - 2-4 Working Days (Customer has to provide all required materials and approve the lay out).
