by harvesting fresh malunggay leaves, After harvesting fresh malunggay we need
to wash them gently, and then we need to peel them into pieces. And then blend
it until it turns into a liquid or smooth texture.

Based on our research the nutritional benefits of malunggay leaves are rich in
essential nutrients, including vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Also known as
a good source of vitamin C, vitamin A, iron, calcium, and protein.
