This is to inform you that we, the undersigned persons, both


by being the authorised signatories and partners of M/s Sarthak
Construction and also by being the Developer/ Vendor of our property
situated at Sunanda Apartment, 3rd Floor, Flat No. 3C, Premises No. 20,
Holding No. 46, S.K. Deb Road, P.S. - Lake Town, South Dum Dum
Municipality, Ward No. 23 (Old Ward No. 31), North 24 Parganas, West
Bengal, Kolkata – 700048. Transferring you the possession of the same, to
you being the purchaser of the same as per the Agreement For Sale dated
11/10/2017, being no. 190410716 for the year 2017, I am giving you the
possession of the said property unconditionally, in vacant, uninterrupted and
habitable condition and also free from all encumbrances. It is also to mention
here that I have absolutely no objection for the enjoyment of the same either
at present or in the future.
