INTRODUCTION
1. Title
Christians Leadership in Diring Baptist Church, in Karbi Anglong
2. Statement of the Problem
The Christian leadership in Diring Baptist Church, in Karbi Anglong, are
faced with untold challenges due to untrained leadership. The community faces
these issues and problems due to lack of Biblical insights of leadership in the
church. Theologically untrained and lacking in vision, church leaders. Because of
this, there is no active leadership in the church.
3. Elaboration of the Problem
The Diring Baptist Church, in Karbi Anglong is facing many problem. The
leadership had been lacking in the Church. We see today in the context of many
Christian leaders they have theological training and education, so that they know
how to handle their responsibilities and leadership task apply to their own Church.
So, that is why our local Church also needs to upgrade today's context. If
Leadership be Theological trained and spiritual life take initiative their
responsibilities of leaderships. Not only Pastors Youth and Women Department
leaderships are also taking steps in their movement their own duty. That way
comes to unity in the Church then the followers will follow or live together as one
body.

Leadership is a gift from God to send massage to the world. God chose His people
to be a leader. For examples like Nehemiah , Rebuilding the Jerusalem walls, God
called to him as a leader to lead their peoples. God chose Moses as leader to lead
their own peoples to the Wonder Land, After that they became a servant of God
leader, preacher or as a Christian leader. Likewise God calls us and keep us in
unique place to leader His beloved peoples.
4. Important of the problems
In Diring Baptist Church, most of the important things is firstly should improved
to theological training for the leaders. Thou who have enough experience on that
they have give effort to improve and encourage to the untrained leaders in the
church and lots of step need to take for future betterment.
5. Definition of Term
Leadership is the ability of an individual or a group of people to influence and
guide followers or members of an organization, society or team. A Christian
leadership is an action, not in position, many of our church leader are thinks that
leadership like something who can give command to others what to do. A
Christian leadership is the ability to influence others to follow our lead genuinely
with love, caring, respect and honestly.
6. Scope and limitation
This research will primarily be sources from the library books and Biblical of
different character understanding. And the researcher would like to refer to the
books available from the library of Immanuel Theological College & Seminary,

net source and apply to interviews of the local Church leaders and the Association
leaders.
7. The Method of the research
This thesis is mainly focused especially on the Church leadership of Diring
Baptist Church, in Karbi Anglong. How to develop the way of living style of a
Christian leader or the way of leading today in the context of the Christian
Church. The methodology of the study comprehends and motivates the leaders
and in this thesis, the methodology of study is Textual Critical analysis and Social
analysis.
8. Previous Research
There are much research about the Christians Leadership around our society, but
in this research I’m going to write about the leadership of Diring Baptist for future
betterment. As per the knowledge of the researchers, so far there are no writings
based on the given topic under the target of the Church leaders.

In this research work there are some questions about how we should know as well
as to follow…
