h. Unlocking difficulties
-Electrical tools are tools used to work on an
electrical system. These can include a wide
range of tools such as wire and cable cutters,
wire strippers, coaxial compression tools,
telephony tools, wire cutters/strippers, cable
tie tools, screwdriver, accessories, and even
more.
- Screwdriver is tools made of steel and
classified according to its tip and used to
loosen or tighten screws.
i. Presentation/ Discussion
-And now let’s proceed to our main
discussion.
-There are 3 types of screwdrivers:
1. Standard screwdriver is also known as a
flathead screwdriver and has a tip that
resembles a negative (-) sign and is used to
drive screws with a single slot head.
2. Philips screwdriver is also known as a
crossed-tip screwdriver or positive (+) head
screwdriver and is used to drive screws with
cross-slot heads.

device with a strip of wire that melts and
cuts the flow of current in a circuit in case of
overcurrent or short circuit.
-ELECTRICAL BOXES- These may be
made of metal or plastic PVC (Polyvinyl
Chloride)
2. CIRCUIT BREAKER An overcurrent
protective device which automatically blows
and cuts (trips) the current when a short
circuit or overload occurs, once the fault is
corrected, the circuit breaker may be turned
and reused.
